I have visited this club couple times this last few months .the staff were lovely friendly. Club is beautiful .food court is excellent service with lovely food.i decided to bring a few friends who hadn't been there .wow was I sorry from liverpool to Wigan would usually take 30 minutes took us 2hours plus .not clubs fault concert for James Arthur on in stadium next door .but imagine after such a journey being greeted by a really angry member of staff CHRIS !! His attitude when we got there 7 of us .saying oh wow we didn't know concert was on took is over 2 hours getting here his response ."not my fault love .everyone moaning" you need retraining Chris .customer service is not your strong point ..then upon paying for our electronic boards we were told wait over there chris will get use some we've ran out .Chris then starts pulling out boards from charging whilst mumbling to himself there not charged .eventually finds some throes them on the counter without a word..in club is beautiful again few staff around were friendly. The club was not packed as I thought with the way Chris was making out they were not mad busy..Chris was then walking around with other staff giving out change. my friends had hand up for change he says sharply put your hand dwn love put your money on table I will get to you .wow Chris you really do have a terrible customer service .our local huyton club would never treat new members like that ...overall this club is worth a visit possibly on Chris day off the money 7 of us spent we felt Chris attitude dampened our night!

1st time at bingo and I'd definitely go back despite not winning haha. Staff are super friendly and helpful....the good is lovely and value for money and the drinks are cheap. Will be back for sure

IT IS WHAT IT IS.
It's a bingo hall, and unless you're experienced in the ways of playing bingo at one of these establishments, it can be horribly confusing. The digital terminals are sorely outdated and staff aren't that helpful. The numbers come by quick, so if you're not paying attention (or if you didn't pay for an electronic bee terminal), you may as well forget about winning anything.

Food and drink is reasonably priced and parking isn't an issue unless there's a game on.

I'd say it's worth going if you enjoy bingo and you know what to do in a bingo hall. If you don't, there are other more friendly alternatives out there.

My wife and I went to bingo for the first time in a while. We looked forward to having a good time with something we love doing.

HOWEVER, the odds of one person winning 3 times in one evening with the amount of people that were present last night is 1 in 3 million.

So much better than Buzz Bingo. The staff is friendlier, the food is definitely better with more of a variety and at better prices. Two bars separate from the food. Amazing ice cream. Higher payouts and better prizes. Plus and I think, and most importantly, the same people don't win all the time several times a night every week. One might get the impression that Buzz Bingo is laundering money.
