Steer clear of this hall. This place does not use the traditional ball calling system with the blower, camera and the pre-verification. This place is an all digital system and appears to be rigged. I witnessed an employee walk a game card over to a “regular” on the sly and say “I have a Rain Drop for you” the regular said “no thanks I have enough” and the employee responded “you’re gonna want this one” so the regular paid the $5 for the card… and as “luck” would have it the gal miraculously won that $400 game. I was so stunned by what I’d witnessed. Do not waste your time or money. Besides the egregious and blatant cheating, the cafe is a complete joke. You’re told to order from your seat on a piece of paper, yet the servers stand next to the food window and don’t roam to collect order cards. There’s a giant sign at the cafe that says “STOP DO NOT ENTER THIS AREA. ORDER FROM YOUR SEAT” but then there’s no way to order from your seat. The so called system they have in place is an absolute joke.

7/2/22- This place used to be good in the early 2000s. I know because I used to work here and so did my mom. Now they won't let you order at the window, the food takes forever, and the staff working the food are just rude. We decided to just randomly stop by and we didn't have any bingo gear on us. We got yelled at when we tried to buy daubers at the window and were told we had to order from the table. Once we placed our order it took forever to get them. It took so long that the game started and we still didn't have them. Luckily for us a woman near by felt sorry for us and let us use some of the extras she had. It was the second game before they got our daubers and even then they forgot the drink we ordered at the same time. It was the end of the third game before we got our drink. One person running the counter used to do a better job then they have now with one worker and table runners. Just a horrible experience all around. It's sad to see how far this place has fallen. I'd recommend going to a different bingo hall.

Absolutely horrible. Never been to a place where they called numbers on 5 seconds it's way too fast but then again I never been to a bingo hall where the ball Hopper wasn't functioning properly it had to be manipulated by the collar think about that one. The timing between daubing a number that was called and when a computer (the new ones at least) would show the number called which you have to tap to add tolk something like 8 to 9 second delay

The staff is always doing a fantastic job helping all participants. We took our daughter when Chelsea Foundation was putting together a fundraiser, it supports the need of service dogs for epileptic young adults. Great for a group idea or family experience. Will definitely be back for more bingo fun!

This is the closest Bingo hall to my house. I'm usually one of the youngest players there(30s) and yet I've never won a single game. And it's getting expensive to play.

This used to be our go-to place for Friday and Saturday night fun. My college aged son and his girlfriend and several of their friends would join me and get together for bingo because it was cheap, clean fun. College kids don't have tons of money so this was always perfect. We've even spent our birthdays here. The last time we were in, I was told how things would be changing and it probably wouldn't be for the better. How disappointed we were this past Friday to arrive and find out there is now a minimum $40 buy-in per person. Just for me and my family members, that was $120!!! To play bingo for 2 hours! The lady tried to sell it by saying the buy-in included 10 packs but we're not professional bingo players and actually enjoy visiting with each other so none of us are capable of playing 10 at a time. Then I noticed the pots for the winners were $100 & $200. Are you kidding me? You're charging $40 a person and that's the best you can give? So disappointing and rest assured you've lost our group for good.

Haven't been here in years and won't go again and recommend you don't either. Had a dispute about a jackpot where a person should not have won and the entire bingo hall was up in arms about it. Staff eventually came out and yet at players like they were children and told them to leave without a refund if they didn't like it. Totally unfair and unprofessional. Staff is loud, obnoxious and rude. Total joke of a bingo hall.

Staff was friendly and very helpful on how to use the tablets for playing bingo. Played using both the tablet and paper cards. Had the lunch special from the snack bar and it was good and a good price. We will definitely be back to play here again. Played for the Chelsea team.
