I have had Treasure Coast Bin Cleaning for a couple of years now. To say that I am happy with the service us a gross understatement. I AM ECSTATIC! The bins look nearly new (almost 8 years old). They smell heavenly as well. When teenage boys notice, you know it smells good. The bins are placed carefully on the edge of the yard (I live on a dirt road?) when he is finished with them. I have corresponded with the owner, Jeff, on more than one occasion. He has been professional and courteous each time. I cannot recommend his services high enough. If there was a 10 star rating that’s what he would get from me.

This is the best service for large families who have a lot of trash. My bins were always nasty for the large amount of trash that would sit with our one day a week pick up. TC Bin cleaning cleaned our 2 bins (WITH SOAP!!) once a month for a great price! I never had any issues with my bins not being cleaned as scheduled on the tag. Couldn’t be more thankful!!!

For years I’ve had these guys but the last year I’ve had my father living with me who is 92 years old and doesn’t always remember to look at the ticket when they’re supposed to leave out I’ve left them out, but he brought them back in at 4 o’clock or 3 o’clock I don’t know what time and the drivers came by afterwards walked all the way up to the garage didn’t bother knocking on the door cause that’s not their policy, but walked up to the garage and put the stickers on them so now I’ve wasted another Time and they won’t come back, so what’s the point of cleaning when they don’t every once in a while go the extra mile for customer service he didn’t even offer to come back another time just for keeping the customer. Happy I know the rules it wasn’t my fault, but I won’t be renewing.

I signed up for bin cleaning not knowing what to expect other than I didn't want by bins to smell in my garage. Jeff sent me an email stating he had signed me up and had me on the schedule. The instructions were simple on what to do with my bins on my scheduled dates, instructions were clear and easy to follow. Jeff showed up when he was supposed to and all I can say is WOW, what an amazing job he did. They are both clean and no more smell. I would highly recommend this service.

Jeff was attentive and communicated swiftly when I reached out to start a new service. I then paid for annual service and scheduled first service.

Our bins were not serviced the first date. Jeff did not contact us to let us know, but his team did place tags on bins indicating service was complete. When we found the bins dirty, we reached out. Jeff said one bin was full and the second was behind a gate. Had Jeff communicated these issues, we would have gladly given our gate code for service to be completed. We also put the bin at the curb for county trash service so it would be empty for Jeff, so unclear what occurred.

When I contacted Jeff to find a solution, he said he is busy with 700 clients, so cannot communicate with us when there are updates or issues to service. This felt very different from the service I received when I called to hire Jeff. He did say, because he is a nice guy, he would come back out. We appreciated that but unfortunately the fact that his team came, tagged bins as if they were serviced, never let us know otherwise, then moved along to the next house in our area felt deceptive and not the customer service quality we are looking for in our property partners.

We operate a high end vacation rental, and would love to have hired Jeff to work with for years to come, however the lack of clear, upfront communication and issue resolution we experienced is not up to our standards to do so.

He did a great job cleaning out my trash can but his customer service is horrible, I paid $45 for the quarterly cleaning, he was suppose to come on a Tuesday it was a holiday so he didn’t show till the next day but my quote stated he was saying it was for a Tuesday he knew it was a holiday and wasn’t coming to the next day never reached out or said anything and because my trash bins weren’t out he didn’t clean them and I had to pay for it he told me he doesn’t babysit his customers he has over 700 hundred bins to clean but he made sure to call me and ask for my money before he had even cleaned it again. I had one cleaning that I paid $45 he lost a customer

Owner is totally unprofessional and will hang up on you for asking why the bins were not cleaned (because landscapers moved the up driveway 10ft, 100% visible, and with nothing blocking the cans or the view of them.

Very friendly when signing for the first time. Very poor service thereafter (A year at minimum for us).
This review excludes our added handles & latches (pest prevention) being ripped off several times, full of water, and trash left inside.

Said it would cost us $10 to come back due to the liability of his worker breaking an ankle walking on someone’s property last time!
$10 is nothing but a hang up & the lack of unprofessionalism as a business owner is Pathetic.
Find another bin cleaner.
