I went there the Wednesday before Thanksgiving and they were closed without having anything listed on Google maps or the like so we would know before we drove all the way over there. Then, I decided to head there today for $2 Wednesday and they were again closed. There were people inside looking through one of the bins but with the window tint I couldn't see much detail other than that. Several other people approached the locked doors during the time that I was in the parking lot. And there was no sign on the door. If you advertise you're going to be open on a certain day during certain hours, then you need to be open barring some sort of emergency.

Watch out for sharp objects or dangerous items! The place is mostly in disarray with all sorts of items strewn about. Some buried items are extremely dangerous like knives, broken glass, broken tile pieces, or even needles. How about a battery powered bug zapper that was set to the on position! Pretty much all the boxes are ripped open and the stuff is thrown around. Almost every single box is open and emptied into the bin! It's a weird setup. It's very disorganized. Definitely doesn't feel like a store. More like dumpster diving. This place should to be cleaned up and organized before someone ends up getting really hurt. Left with only a paper cut. I've been here before and some of the items I had purchased were broken or missing parts. That's probably why they were returned in the first place!! (If you didn't know, the place is selling Amazon returns).

Giving it two stars because, who knows, you might find something for a deal that isn't broken or missing stuff. Just be very very careful!! Someone could really get hurt. Don't think I'll be back. After finding medical needles outside of the box, I decided it's too much of a risk.

I would recommend coming up with a better way. Instead of just throwing a box without a label into a bin and expecting customers not to open them, Why not you open them and then put a label on it or a QR code on the box so people can scan it and check on Amazon what the item actually was. Come up with a way of making it so that customers aren't making a mess of the place. Just telling a hundred people at a time don't open the box, bring it into the back so that we can open it for you is silly. Especially since there isn't anyone in the back to open the box half the time. Every box I grab I have to bring to the back to open it and figure out what it is? Do I have to transport half the entire store to the back of the room just to find something I like? Labeling would be better. Don't expect people to look up LPN numbers that don't work most of the time. I would say, come up with something that works because this isn't working. It's putting people at risk.

I don't think that the manager realizes that they have a legal responsibility to not expose the public to unreasonable and unnecessary danger. I think they should take this seriously as the risk for harm is high and since items are used, the items may be contaminated. Just a friendly heads up.

You should be aware before you go that if you don't pay cash I they actually charge you an extra percentage to use a card.

Also, and a final note, the some of the staff aren't very friendly. I get the impression that they actually resent the customers for making a mess. I think that the messes can be addressed through brainstorming some better practices on the part of the store.

I'm sorry if any of this sounds critical. I just genuinely think that someone could get hurt. It's just my two cents.

Ladies, be forewarned. They will not let you in the door with a purse unless it is a small wallet or the size of a clutch.

The best part of this experience was watching someone with a larger handbag than mine walk out of the store after shopping.

Disappointed. Won't be back.

My child was denied entry due to he small stitch backpack purse that holds her medical equiptment. Stuff she need in an emergency. Love the store but the no purse thing there trying to pull is wrong. Told them they can search it on the way out still wouldn't allow her in. Can't leave a purse in the car in that area. Also like I said it has her life saving medical equiptment and medication in it

You can find some really great stuff here. I wish you could plug things in to see if they worked. I think the main problem is some of the customers. They have zero respect for the merchandise or other shoppers. They toss things and reach over and practically take things from your hand They don't follow the rules and open boxes even though they announce every 10 minutes not to do so. They have several staff that will open them for you. Fridays are crazy; Saturdays are a bit calmer

This is shopping at its most desperate. There must be third world countries with better inventory and shopping experiences. I’ve been to discount stores in Thailand and Mexico that was nicer than this dump. Don’t bring your purse or other bag. It’s a mosh pit and fight for deals. Run…run fast.

I love this place. The first few weeks I’ve gone I’ve found some amazing deals, and it’s a great way to prevent these items from going to a landfill.

I’ll start off by saying I found some great WiFi extenders and a case for my MacBook and got them both for $6 it’s a great way to spend an hour or so and just find something you’ve been looking for!

I will say, I’d give it 5 stars if they’d just spend a little time going through and clearing the empty boxes from all the bins, I know the policy is to not open the boxes and to bring them to the back to have them opened, but going through the bins and finding empty box after empty box is kinda discouraging.

I’m sure it’s not the easiest to stay on top of, but it would be nice if they had like a cart or something you can throw empty boxes into when you’re going through the bins to make it easier to worth through the piles.

Besides that I’d say it’s 5 stars, it’s just annoying finding empty box after empty box. I’ll update my review if it changes in the future

Go check them out if you’re in the area! Really cool concept with tons of household goods, clothes, and other miscellaneous electronics and fabric items

never coming back, do not come here, stuff is not guaranteed to work. spend your money somewhere elsewhere. stuff does not come with all accessories. they should lock the items up so people don’t mess around with them. bought a wireless keyboard and mouse and the usb wasn’t in the bag. stuff is tampered with and staff does not care to assist you.
