I was excited to have a company clean my trash bin like i had in Texas! I signed up and was told they would be out that next week! Well i had my trash out at 7:30 am and got home at 8pm trash can wasn’t cleaned 🙁 so i reached out on Facebook they stated my bin wasn’t out front and they drove by around 5:30pm. Thankfully i pulled up my cameras and showed my bin was out front and never saw their truck come by.. Garrett apologized and came out the following week to correct this! They came the next month but then December comes and no trash cleaning, no communication at all. I finally reached back out the end of December and beginning of January and no response on Facebook or text messages! I really wanted it to work out with SRQ BINS but unfortunately they don’t care about customer service nor their business 🙁

Extremely easy to schedule and the quality of work was fantastic at a competitive price point. Trash cans hadn’t been cleaned in four years and afterwards they looked brand new and smelled great. If you appreciate your trash cans not smelling like hot garbage and needing to race through your garage to escape the smell, give these folks a ring.
