Came here for the first time last week after 9pm and got the worst smoothies ever. I ordered a strawberry gladiator with pumpkin and a pineapple spinach recovery smoothie with mango. It took a good while to receive them since I ordered them on the app before arriving. Consistency was not what you expect from Smoothie King. The strawberry gladiator had no flavor and I'm not sure what the other smoothie was because it should be GREEN, it was so runny with a faint taste of pineapple. I don't know if the guy was new or an employee at all. The recipes are literally in their face so I don't understand why they were so terrible and far from what they should've been. Went down the drain.

My husband worked there and the manager had bad customer service very rude. So unprofessional and she would use racial slurs. That is not how you run a business at all. The manager is also rude to employees feels like she can talk to them any kind of way. And the owner or corporate needs to do something about that.

Joshua was super pleasant while taking my order as well as when he delivered my order through the drive through window. You guys were busy, but that didn’t stop your staff from ensuring that I had a pleasant experience. My Greek Yogurt Strawberry Blueberry smoothie was wonderful. I’ll be back!

Ever since one of these past updated, after completing the feedback survey, it no longer links to the email on your account so you have to write the code on a receipt. Well how are we supposed to get our dollar off when you place the order on the app? It seems like SK doesn’t want to give that dollar off. Change it back, please and thank you

I have this Smoothieking On the corner of my house I have one almost close in Richmond and the one at my work in Wilcrest is close, I always give the benefit of the doubt to buy the one closest to my house, and always the Shift in the afternoon gives me the wrong recipe or it is sweet or something different but really out of the 3 stores ALWAYS ALWAYS this is the only one that gives it to me really nasty
KETO berry and it's always too sweet ?
Honestly, today was my last time buying it here.
