Poor communication between staff and security. Talked with both security persons and staff about parking an RV in truck parking area while visiting the casino and was later visited by security manager to question about parking and length of stay. Played the slots lost some won a few dollars but this didn't seem to matter to the security manager. Parking lot was dirty and truck drivers backed into light and threw trash out on ground. I always walked my trash to the garbage cans around the parking lot. Stayed a couple days bought cigars,food and played the slots. Not sure if I will revisit but am a sucker for route 66 places. They might want to better share information with the security manager.

Had a lovely stay! Great staff that goes out of their way to help no matter what. They are remodeling and I can’t wait to see the results! The legends theater is the best indoor venue in New Mexico so far!!

I have spent thousands of dollars and some times here but never had any points or comps. At least offering something like giving customers a decent meal at a decent restaurant to show hospitality. My players card has zero points. I asked the employees and they said I would have to wait 24 hours for the points to settle. I have never had any since then. This casino is a one way business. They only take, take and take.

Great for trucker. Good quiet place outside the city. If you eat in the casino you can get a good breakfast or dinner. I'm not much of a gambler but I like the atmosphere. Free setting coffee on the game floor.

Unbelievable I called the hotel just to inquire about rooms I informed the lady that I had a free room voucher and she without asking proceeded to book a room when I explained that I was just inquiring about the rooms she got angry and I could hear her saying things under her breath as I hung up. Incredibly rude zero professional behavior towards players. What happened to the customer is always right and just plain polite behavior.

I can’t speak on the rooms but it is a great hotel/casino and very spacious.

Customer service was exceptional. The woman at the Gamers Club desk was friendly and had that bubbly personality one should have at the front of any establishment.

The first waitress who served me a drink was a young girl with glasses, I tipped her 5 dollars for a cup of water but she was so sweet and genuinely kind in her delivery that I had to tip her more than a dollar. I wish I had gotten her name.

I met two other waitresses who made my day, two Filipino ladies, I only remember one’s name, Marina. But the both of them got me laughing and giggling. Definitely put me in a good mood having been spotted by the “aunties” because their first words to me were “you are Filipino.” lol. I love it. Salamat Po Ladies!!! Keep being your wonderful selves.

Overall I was in a good mood and if what they say is true that good attitude attracts good energy then it makes sense that I kept winning on their machines because they all out me in a great mood.
