If I could give -10 stars I would. I spoke with Shannon Vasquez back at the beginning of July to close my account and come get the dumpster. She let me know there would probably be early termination fees, I told her that's fine and she said she would have to talk to someone and get back to me. She emailed me back and let me know there would be no early termination fees, but I have to give them a 60 day notice so they would not close my account until 8/31 and then they would come get the dumpster 9/1. Well they have continued to charge me and have literally refused to pick up the dumpster. Fast forward and here it is 9/10 and they still have not come and picked up the dumpster. I have reached out to her and let her know they need to come get their dumpster and have received no response. When I started with them in 2020 the charge was $65/month and now it's over $100/month. Now they still continue to refuse to come get the dumpster off my property. I feel so bad for the people that have no other choice, but to use these crooks. I have switched companies and the people at the new one are so professional and nice. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS REPUBLIC SERVICES!!!!

Negative 5 stars ! If a Negative rating was an option I would elect it. Twice in a row Missed pick up - Can sits out next to a main road.. with no obstacles for GOD and everyone to see - Called on 6/4 rescheduled and pick up on 6/5 - One would think that would stick with someone - 6/11 MISSED PICK UP ! Republic is nearly the single worst public utility in San Angelo it's a close Tie - They must hire people from the half way house - complete and total idiots - this makes the 10th incident with Republic - We Had No Choice - San Angelo Screwed it's Citizens by allowing them to service our city. DAMN SHAME !

Continued examples of how inept this company operates. Fine corporation.. Trash everywhere, no effort to clean up their mess.. the busted trash bin was put out as bulk but there it is right along with all the garbage they scattered.. just worthless..

Than you to the unqualified drivers for leaving this road hazard on a busy highway. There are no words that can relay the level of disgust with this company and those who approved to have them service the city.

Once again the plague has overrun the genius that is Republic and it's driver's. Which plague you wonder,? Well the MORONIC plague of course. Leaving the receptical in direct path of traffic on one of the busiest roads in town. Priceless.

Hostility and inefficiency. The lady at the front window would much rather everyone’s trash just build up in their front yard so we can all have our own little mini landfills and then our property value drop because she likes to feel important. The line was all the way down to the street. When I was ant the window, even after I asked how much it would cost me to dump she would much rather just fuss about how I can’t just dump my trash here for free and since I don’t have a water bill because I have a well. . . I asked to pay. Get that energy out somewhere else and learn to focus on doing the job efficiently and effectively. No one has time to be backed up at the dump because you got negativity backed up in you.

Would give them a lower start rating, but at least have to give them one. I have called multiple times at least six times to be exact about a driver and how fast he drives in the way he acts after I complained on him about two times the gentleman stopped in front of my house honking his horn flipping us off. I got in my vehicle to go confront him. He wouldn’t roll his window down. I let it go and called the office, I spoke to them. They said they would handle it once again that’s what they tell me every time and then proceeded every Wednesday. He still drives by my house honk his horn. If I’m out on the road, he’ll flip us off. It is harassment at this point poor customer service Would have a driver for your company this way I’m afraid that it is going to turn into bigger if this Continues.
The very first incident, he turned our corner and almost hit our kids that were loading up in our car in front of the house to go to the school bus his response whenever I caught up to him and told him to slow down is maybe you shouldn’t have your kids out so early in the morning I’m sorry but they have to go to school and we commute to their school because we In a small town, just very unsafe and very very unprofessional

They broke my recycling bin with their carelessness - I've seen the bins thrown down more than once. They scheduled me for a replacement twice and haven't shown up either time. They break something, then they take their time rectifying it.

They've failed to pick up our dumpster for an entire month as of July-August of 2024. They didn't fail to run our credit card though, which is ILLEGAL. Lawyers call it theft of services!

Lately they have been leaving trash everywhere and today I get home and mine and my neighbors trash cans are out in the road blocking my driveway. I have to get out in the rain and move them before pulling into my driveway. Both of our trash cans where originally In between the houses on the curb .

The absolute worst service I have ever had from a company of any kind. I would definitely not recommend them to anyone that has the option to use someone else.
