This is the 5th week in total you guys skipped me. My dumpster is overflowing. We called you guys multiple times and you either don’t call back or you say some excuse like ‘we are getting used to our new schedule’ or some other lame excuse. This is getting way out of hand and I’m considering reporting you to better business.

They never answer the phone. They don’t pick up the trash when they’re supposed to. Sometimes it takes WEEKS and at one point took a month to pick up our trash that’s supposed to be picked up weekly. Horrible customer service.

Deliver a dumpster to a job site placed it slightly onto a Neigbor lot that had a boarded up home. They at neighbors request went back out to move it and charged me. Claimed I told them where to put it. We were not even on site. Would not remove charge so no I am taking them to small claims court and seeking reimbursement for my time. Terrible company, poor service. Should have done the right thing as a business and taking responsibility

I have used them for almost a year now, NOT once have they picked up on the designated date, nor do they come back when you call for a miss pick up! My service has always been on a Monday and my trash has not been picked up until later in the week, sometimes not until the next Monday. You call and complain and will hear a million BS filled stories, bottom line their truck drivers are horrible and lazy. Would have 0 stars if that was an option. Have only heard negative things about them since I have started to ask around. Do NOT recommend whatsoever.

In the past 6 weeks, they have only picked up our trash 3 times. We are a family of SEVEN. Biweekly pick up doesn't cut it (especially when you're supposed to get weekly service). When you call to ask why trash hasn't been picked up, you get either a busy signal, or a wait..."you are caller 27...". When we called last time & had to wait, when the call was picked up, they hung up on us. We didn't even get a chance to talk to anyone. But they definitely draft your payment every month regardless if they actually provide the service you're paying for.

We live on county road 401 near lingleville. A trash truck's tailgate fell open, dumping roofing screws all over. We have over a thousand racked up in tire replacements. I have called many times, dropped off tire invoices and yet to have a return call! This is not our mess up, and we shouldn't have to replace tires EVERY WEEK because they haven't done a proper clean up. I would appreciate a call back from the manager at some point and some reimbursement of RUINED TIRES!

By far the worst company and service I have ever had! Something was ALWAYS wrong, days of service went from Tuesdays, then Wednesdays and the to Thursdays, yet even then, something was always wrong. So, fed up, we canceled service and they still charged us even though they provided absolutely NO services!
This company isn't worth the cans our trash went in to!
I told them to come get there equipment and they finally showed up a few weeks ago and then sent a collection company after me for $60 worth of services they never preformed! I sent it in, hopefully it will help keep their equipment working instead of being worked on lol.

These guys go above and beyond to get things done when they know about situations. They will communicate their situation if you give them the opportunity. I’ve always had great service from them, using bulk pickup and regular trash. If they are behind, they let me know when to expect pickup. Most of the time it’s before they even tell me. Great job guys!!
