Came in for my Purina Pro Plan to use my coupon. They were out of small breed sensitive stomach salmon big bags. Kyle was awesome enough to help me out and I was able to get 4 small bags same price as bigger bag. Judy at the register was great as well. Great team at Pet Smart love this store. Thanks again Kyle.

On 10/8 the store was closed. I couldn't get any prescription food for a family member. Got nothing but EXCUSES from customer support over the phone.

Hurricane Milton was still out in Cancun, Mexico. And was not expected until Wednesday. Closing early prevents people from getting loved ones medication and supplies they must have!

This store could have closed at the regular time. Without dealing with any issues from Hurricane Milton!

do not book with them. I had my dogs appointment scheduled in advance. Day of the appointment I get a text randomly that it was cancelled- I didn’t cancel it. I show up for the appointment and I’m told it should cancelled and there is no one available to groom my dog. Rude, unprofessional and not helpful at all. We were long time customers but we will be going somewhere else from now on.

I took Harry, my energetic, strong Golden Retriever, to the PetSmart Grooming Salon for a bath and brush. Kaylah handled Harry with patience and did an outstanding job. I highly recommend her.

First time taking my pup for a groom here and it was a great experience. Sue was amazing!!! Did exactly what I asked for and was even able to take us a little earlier than the scheduled time. Will definitely be back and recommend!

This is only place I will get freshwater fish from, they take care of all the tanks and employees are knowledgeable about fish.

I love this location! Danika is the best at the grooming salon. Everyone always gives me a hard time about my dog's quicks being too long, so they never cut his nails short enough. Danika is the first person who cut/grinded my dog's nails BEAUTIFULLY, with no hang nails, and perfectly short just up to the quick! You can no longer hear my dog's nails tapping on the ground as he walks. I just know he's so much happier and walking much more comfortably. Thank you Danika!
