Appreciated the solid service and response time from Orlando Bin Sanitizer. My bins were in pretty bad shape, cleanliness wise, and consistently had flies in it no matter how much trash was inside.
This company showed up as scheduled, and gave it more of a scrub down than I could imagine within 5 minutes max. Would highly recommend, and will be using them again when necessary.

Three phone calls and an email and we cannot get anyone to take our money or sign us up for this service. Too bad, we had an office and home account. Very disappointing as this was based on a referral from a neighbor.

They never answer the phone. They never call you back after you leave them voice messages.
I can’t even cancel the service or reschedule.
If the garbage pick up gets delayed, you still have to pay for this service that was never done.
Stay away from this company, It’s really frustrating.

I will admit- when I first heard about this service I laughed and thought, "Wow, who in the world would pay to have their trash bins cleaned? Give me a break..." Well here we are, several months later with the cleanest trash cans on the block. I signed up with Orlando Bin Sanitizer three months ago and I'm SO happy I did. They clean my trash bin for less than what I pay for a trip to Starbucks, and I will say it's worth every penny. Once my bin is washed, my entire garage smells amazing. Not only that, but the customer service is great. I have emailed them on a few occasions with questions and they reply very quickly. They also send you a notice when your bin has been sanitized. I would recommend this wonderful service to anyone!

Bins did not come out as good as what's seen on the site. Still had things stuck to the inside, left over dirty water, & horrific smell. Definitely not what I expected and could of probably done myself and saved some money.

What a horrible service or I should say the lack of any service. Since I booked with them I had two services scheduled. They did not show up the first time. I called. Got an excuse it’s the trash company fault. They come too late and after the bin cleaning guy already been in the area, they said. Don’t take any responsibility. Just blamed the other guy.
I let it slide although it’s a lame excuse. How about you schedule your services that you are offering and collecting money for, so your guy will come by at the right time and AFTER the trash was picked.
But no…it’s too much to ask and makes no sense to the person who gives, so called customer service, on the phone.
Today was the second service with them. Guess what…they didn’t show up. When I called, I got the same guy with the same excuse. So far 2 of 2 at 100% fail.
That’s a horrible service company. They don’t serve anything except charging your credit card. He said he will refund…we shall see.
My advice - either clean your own bins or get a company that can actually do their job for the amount you pay.
Stay away from Orlando Bin Sanitizer.

Orlando Bin Sanitizer offers a great service and they do a really great job. My neighbor and I have been using this service for a year now and we absolutely love it.

They come every other month for a reasonable price and they leave our trash bins smelling fresh and clean.

I think we will be customers for life. No more nasty disgusting smelling trash cans! Yaaaaaay ?

It’s a small price to pay for not having my bin smell like the Porter Transfer Staton. We especially need the service once Orange County reduced our trash pick up to once a week.

Update:

So, a few months ago this company just quit coming. I had to call them and they said while they were still in business, our house all of a sudden was too far for them to service anymore. They never proactively contacted me and that’s horrible customer service.

They do a good job, but customer service is everything to us and it disappeared.
