The changes to TSB has impacted the fun. No food, no smoking, boring. This place has lost its magic. The stupid event tickets that waste time and cause confusion is frustrating. Games are boring. Before Covid the bingo hall was fun and alive. Now it is boring and not worth a 2 hour drive anymore. The employees are nice. Chairs are uncomfortable. I used to love this place. Not anymore.

I’ve been going for months and spent too much money at BINGO to never win. I was called up for a game in Let’s Make a Deal but never said BINGO. Today Christmas Eve, I learned just how much TS care about their bingo players. You make all our money and give us a highlighter as a Christmas gift. This is past pathetic. Whoever made that decision should be ashamed and fired. Coupons, bingo bucks, or a nice gift would’ve been satisfying. It shows you truly only care about taking the money. I’m so disappointed.

Not Friendly. Workers didn't work together as a team. Had to hold my hand up for service a long time to watch them talk to other people. It wasn't that busy. Also to get something to eat it was hard to do in the time you had for the break. I came onthe bus and am handicapped.

Computers. Pull tabs. Split pots. I Absolutely love this bingo hall. Next level bingo. Recommended for anyone that likes bingo.

Place is getting worse everytime I go. You get told different things everytime you go. Got told bingo buck expire every 30 days go to use them what I was told was the last day only to find they are expired. Heartless place guess no more bingo there. Will stick to fireman's bingo from now on.

The staff make this place a fun experience. I have not won yet but I'm super excited to come and give it a try. I know that I can get help with all my questions and they are very polite and informative.

I love going to bingo, at least once a month, but it's almost always freezing in the bingo hall, it's hard to enjoy my time when I'm shivering, and there's many more people complaining of the same thing, we shouldn't have to wear a coat in the summer, ac is one thing, but it's not even a comfortable level!
