Cathy did not want give me the same numbers on the computer she said she could not do that , then I ask for my receipt that I had already play she refuse to give me my receipt, I do not like that , not only that someone left there tick on the counter and she is playing on the clock , how is that even possible smh

I've been coming here from time to time for the past 6 years or so with my sister when I'm in town. When Mike, Sean, or Izzy are in charge everything has been smooth. However, on today, the snack bar attendant accosted me and said some foul things. At first, I told him to, 'Mind your business and what you say.' The attendant continued to be belligerent and he even whispered something into my ear. He returned a 3rd time to accost me while at this point, I became agitated and pointed to the door and told the attendant, 'Take it outside!'

Apparently, Chad was on duty and knows nothing about defusing a situation, accountability, or management. He came up to me and instead of asking what happened he repeated the same arrogant idiocracies that the attendant had. So, I informed them that it was in fact my sister who was sick and that he had the capacity to rewind the security cameras and know exactly what happened instead of being the obtuse manager that he had become.

Now, I was irate, but the arrogant attendant and an obtuse manager have both accused me of something and insulted me without apology. And, since the instigator in both situations were the employees of the establishment, I should be irate in the least. So, I told him that I was leaving.

Finally, to throw salt on an already open wound, I explained to Curt that my sister was sick and that I wanted to make sure she would be okay by herself. Curt said, 'Take your time.' When 4 seconds later, Security Guard P. Dilley from Pro Guard Security came up to me and said, You need to leave."

Well, from my stand point, this was a decent place to go. However, it isn't any longer. If you want to be treated like respected patrons, it will not be here. So save your time and money and go someplace else

ANNOYED!!!!! I have been coming here for a while now 4yrs+ but lately I have been exploring other bingo halls because I'm annoyed they have the same people calling daily . They don't switch out their callers every session like the other halls I have visited. If you ask me they need to make MS. KATHY A CALLER SHE USE TO BE A CALLER IN KILLEEN AND SHE WAS THE G.O.A.T( GREATEST OF ALL TIME). They need to give their runners/cashier's a chance to show their skills if not then they need to hire OTHER CALLERS BECAUSE THEY ONES THEY HAVE NOW ARE CLEARLY OVERWORKED.BC THEY ARE THERE DAILY SMH. Another thing that annoys me is that is the bingo machine (blower) is always messing up and the balls come out slow when they're running any horse race games (buckets,five$ derbies,1000 horse race). My last complaint is that they REALLY NEED TO GET NEW COMPUTERS!!!!!!!! As much $$$$$ MONEY they are making they should be able to AFFORD NEW COMPUTERS BECAUSE THEY ONES THEY HAVE NOW ARE OUTDATED AND BARELY WORK. TO PUT IT POLITELY THE COMPUTERS ARE STRAIGHT TRASH ?️?️?️?️?️.

Really nice outing with my friend and her daughter. Nice staff. A really helpful woman who is a regular took us under her wing and showed us a few things. We didn't win but still had a good time. I would recommend coming here.
