Positives: Jonathon was such a help, especially because we aren’t frequent bingo players! He gave us instructions & came up to check on us throughout our time there.

Negatives: the guy that calls out the numbers was waaaaay too fast. Unless you’re doing computers, it’s almost impossible to keep up with all the numbers.

Over all had a fun time though!

A little off the highway but well worth it! Staff is friendly, helpful, great at what they do. We went when it was raining and the parking lot was a little washed out but nothing we couldn't manage. Bring your own food (or alcohol?!) because there's no snack bar here. Good prices and fast moving sessions so you need to be on your toes! Good fun!

It was very confusing to say the least. I have not played bingo in 10 years. Personally, I felt the caller was a little too fast and he could have explained what type of game was being played and in the instance of the wild numbers he should have expressed it clearly rather than assuming we all knew what they were. It was still fun though.

It was ok i guest just that I felt like I NEVER Never seen a Bingo Hall where people win So Fast , it's makes Other people Not NOT have NO Chance at Win at all NO Snack Bar ,But they Do have a Snack machine and Coke machine too.

Just a good time if you're a bingo player. Yes, they play pulltabs, that aggregate some people, but all bingo halls do it. The workers are great and I enjoy playing there when I'm near New Braunfels

They really aren't set up for cards just computers. The caller went so fast you had no time to mark your card. She would start fairly slow then speed up half way through. It was to the point that most people were two or more numbers behind. It was at times impossible to keep up much less look at your cards to see if you even won. She mumbled so much there was no way to tell what game was even going on. There was an entire table that ruined their cards because they thought we were playing one game when in actuality there was a different game going on. Each table around us kept checking with the other tables to see what game she is playing. The other tables also remarking it takes all the fun out when you can't keep up. The ushers walking around were nice and helpful but that is the only good thing I have to say. Although one walked around yelling for side games at the exact moment while she was calling a new number and because she called them so fast and mumbled it just became a frustrating hot mess.. I don't know how anyone could do all the cards and also buy side games. It's sad because we have come here before with a group when it was under a different name and with a different caller and it was a lot of fun. I would say you can only really enjoy it if you're die hard bingo player or plan to do computers. When my friend asked the front cashier a question she just gave her an ugly look and pointed to a sign. It is not a place I'd recommend or go back to.

A mix of several different bingo and pull tab games. You can have a tablet play your many cards automatically (amazing) or use paper sheets. Ushers were helpful, announcer was fast
