This post is long, but PLEASE, PLEASE read the post to the end. You will NOT regret it.
In our busy, tech savvy world, we depend on the internet to help us form opinions about the companies we are interested in hiring. Let’s face it, for even the smallest of “jobs” we want to make sure we are getting our “money’s worth” and the reviews that a business has on Google, Next Door, Yelp, etc. can help or hurt a business. I am no different than the rest. Recently, my husband and I traveled for an extended period of time and when we returned, we found that the HOA for one of our rental properties, had sent numerous notices to our P.O. Box requesting that the driveway and sidewalks needed pressure washing. We immediately started contacting companies to see about getting the job done. My husband owns a commercial pressure washer and in years past, had done the job himself. His health no longer lets him do these types of jobs. I posted online using NEXTDOOR and FACEBOOK asking for recommendations. Within a matter of minutes, I had over THIRTY responses asking for the address of the home so they could quote the job. Most said they could look up the address online and give us a quote. A couple of companies gave us “generic quotes”, meaning a flat rate and if there were any “bad spots” they would adjust the price before starting the job. These companies made no sense to me, I wanted a PRICE for the job, not a guess with adjustments. One company went the extra mile and sent us a private message asking if he could have the address and go by the next day to quote a price. My answer…ABSOLUTELY!!! The next morning, I received a text letting us know he was heading over to the address. Jimmy, showed up in a clean, work outfit, met my husband, and gave him a price for the job. He also told my husband that his business was called “JIMMY’S BIN PRESSURE WASHING, LLC” and that normally he cleaned garbage cans, dumpsters, etc. He was trying to expand his business to do pressure washing jobs and if we allowed him to do the job, we wouldn’t be sorry. My husband told him we were in a crunch on time (due to the Homeowner’s Association), and he said he would do the work right away. We hired him and were more than impressed. He sent us pictures as he went and completed the job in a couple of hours. The end result looked AMAZING. I know people will say, “it was just a pressure washing job”. When you are paying for a job to be done, whatever that job may be, in the end, you hope the final project turns out the way it would have been if you had done it yourself. Besides the work being completed expeditiously, what impressed us even more, was the fact that Jimmy (who we now know is the owner) sent us a text when he finished, asking us to please inspect the job and let him know if there was ANYTHING we were not happy with or was not done to our satisfaction. This man took pride in his work and did us a FAVOR by getting it done right away.
Jimmy’s work ethics, his prices, and his follow through, has made us customers for life. We have a couple more jobs we are getting ready to schedule and know we will be in good hands with JIMMY’S BIN PRESSURE WASHING, LLC. We would highly recommend Jimmy and please feel free to contact us, if you have any questions. You will NOT BE SORRY you put your trust in this company, and you will save a ton of time, by calling JIMMY’S BIN PRESSURE WASHING, LLC to do your next job.
