Rude woman cashier, one time yacking to another person cashing out her ticket , saw me waiting and I’m being patient until the cashier asked her if she’d like her to get more information on something, I finally asked if she could cash my ticket in, it had been several minutes and she saw me waiting, both the cashier and woman were huffing that I interrupted. Seen her few times since and not friendly. Bathrooms are a mess too

First visit to this casino. We prefer the older machines and there wasn't enough of those . The fiew that they do have we did ok , lost fast on the newer machines.

Can't win too often, no reward program, one waitress that occasionally walks around to take your drink order, most of the time you have to get a beverage etc yourself

Haven't been here in a while but very annoyed that they did not change their numbers on the website until 11am (for their 12:15 session) after we already bought a large amount of the ones we thought were high and now can not get a refund ?
We came from out of town for that specific reason that we were getting a shot at the $5,100 but to find out it went the night before and no one bothered to change the numbers. What is the point of the site?
We usually like this bingo and atmosphere but very disappointed we could not get a refund at least for all these cards we bought in the machine for their negligence.

It was fun. Went for bingo for the first time ever, was super confused and no one working there really helped out and everyone is pretty chatty which is loud enough for me not to be able to hear the dude at the beginning quickly explaining something.
Stressful at first.. bought cards I had no idea when to use them.
But had fun still

It's a warm welcoming place with wonderful staff. Food is good. The chicken tenders are yum! Wish they would bring back night sessions and also change back to 100/200 for the regular games. I don't go much anymore because of those 2 things. I enjoy the slots but wish the cash out tickets worked for every machine. Overall a nice place. ?
