Muy Recomendado $$ se ahorra uno mucho $$

Encuentras muchas cosas baratas de costco y otras tiendas, ya hemos comprado muchas cosas desde $12 dolares los jueves, como llaves para el sink de cocina para mi casa marca Kohler y maletas de viaje de costco, asta me llegó a tocar los días de $1 dólar cuando agarré cajas para mis zapatos, últimamente llega tanta gente que para el Lunes que las cosas están a 3 dólares, ya no queda casi nada y se acaba todo rapidísimo.. tienen de todo y cada semana hay diferentes cosas.

Para los que no saben
❗️La dinámica es ❗️comenzar con las mesas llenas todos los jueves a $12 dólares y lo que sobra de ese día, se vende el viernes a $10 dólares, y lo que sobré del viernes se vende el sábado a $8 dólares y asi asta que se acabe todo lo que hay en las mesas, cada día tiene un precio estipulado, los precios del día están en los letreros grandes que tiene adentro y afuera de la tienda, No Surten o Rellenan nada asta el siguiente jueves y así cada semana.

This place is very shady. They are never open on the 12 dollar day, but I observed them letting one person in as if by appointment, they were waiting outside. The windows are all covered with black garbage bags and the vibe is waaay off. The proprietess has awful customer service and people skills, is not friendly at all, she seems to look down at her customers, and does nothing to make you feel welcome. It's actually the opposite. She makes you feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. She is literally awful. Now again on 12 dollar day they are closed. A rude guy said they were closed, for a "week or so" . Very strange for a new business. This is not a place where I would spend my hard earned money. I urge you not to either.

We went one week after opening on the highest price day. Around 1pm. There were mostly sheets, pillows, blankets and a few random items. Nothing exciting at all. There were tons of stuff piled up to the ceiling in an area roped off, but in plain sight. We asked if we could purchase some of those interesting things, luggage, shoes, electronics etc. The owner said no, they could not sell it, we had to wait until they "brought out new stuff" and " they didn't know what they had. There were 3 cars in front that had been waiting for them to put out new stuff for 3 hour and an hour
I was not inclined to wait. There were 7 employees bring stuff in from the parking lot and zero stocking the store for sale. They were not friendly. They don't seem to care about selling. I spoke to a few people who went and they were also told they had to wait. They supposedly do that 3 times a day, it was already two pm and they close at 5. The woman said it was because her husband wasn't there. They are not accommodating at all, have very little information, everything was " I don't know" Hopefully it was just growing pains, but if goes like this, I don't see it working.

I want to share my experience regarding a recent visit my mother made to your store. My mom is a loyal customer who buys in bulk and treats everyone with the utmost respect. Unfortunately, her first encounter at your establishment was marred by the rudeness of a Hispanic lady working there.

When my mom asked to purchase 14 boxes, she politely inquired if one box could be opened. This request was made out of genuine necessity, as she intended to buy a significant amount, which is typical for her. Instead of receiving a courteous response, she was met with an abrupt and disrespectful “que no escuchas?…no.” This dismissive attitude left my mother feeling upset and unwelcome, prompting her to leave the store.

It’s truly unfortunate because they missed out on an amazing customer who values quality service. The lady even had the audacity to tell my mom, “pues ya no vengas,” which is completely unacceptable behavior. My mother has always conducted herself with dignity and respect, and it’s disheartening to see such a lack of professionalism from staff.

This kind of treatment reflects poorly on your business. I urge you to consider how your employees interact with customers; after all, kindness and respect should be fundamental principles in any retail environment. It’s a shame that one individual’s poor attitude could potentially harm the reputation of your store. Please encourage your staff to leave their personal issues at home and treat every customer with the respect they deserve.
