No one answers the phone at the Independence, MO location. I placed an order several days ago at this location for pick up. I never received a "pick up/order ready" email. I tried calling the store several times. No one answered. It rings once and then immediately hangs up. I tried using the online chat. It makes you jump through hoops to talk to a human. I called customer service. Waited 12 minutes to talk to someone. She said that someone pressed a button too many times, and put the order as already picked up. ? That person or someone else should've fixed that problem or reached out and told me that my order was ready for pick up. You guys aren't doing it right. You won't be getting anymore of my business.

Drove from over an hour and half to get there and find out that they were closed due to employees sudden sickness...could've have at least informed the public that y'all were temporarily closed.

They had like 6 people working, no one offered to help. I asked to try on shoes and they never came from the back with a pair to try on. So I walked out after waiting 15 minutes. It smelled like weed in the back, so maybe that's what all the employees were doing in the back room.

Id give them zero stars if I could on here. The girls have really bad attitudes and the manager. They have really poor customer service and say really provocative words. I would never shop at this place again!!!!

Excellent selection! Staff was very helpful and friendly and it was very clean and very nice I like the way they have the shoes displayed. Prices are a little steep but that's just because they have name brand excellent styles and a variety for you to choose from if you want the very best like this store offers then you got to pay a little more then you where I'm and feel proud!

Just stopped on whim to get my son new shoes and everybody there was so helpful and I guess we just happened to go when easily 1/3 of their entire inventory was at least 35% of and the shoes ly son picked were listed at $85 and the price that the register rang up was $29 before taxes.
