Driver picked up trash in my neighborhood on 5/16 left mines, driver not only left my trash, but always leaves trash all over street, I called 311 the day trash was left and several times afterwards they are a joke, said they would expedite report I asked when would trash be picked up, 311 says they don't know don't have Waste Management number can only email them, just leave trash can on street, and I'll know once trash is gone. Trash still sitting on street with flies, maggots and ants. Same with recycling they never pick up on days they are scheduled. Calling Mayor Turners office bright and early on Monday. Hope I can get some help before next pick up on Tuesday no room in trash can. I know they can send someone to pick it up, seen it done in other neighborhood down the street where houses cost $300,000 and more

I live in the third ward area and I’ve dealt with multiple drivers that was truly just rude even when they was in the wrong. I can’t say that today, I stopped the driver today to help me understand why my additional recycle bin was missing. He was very respectful and knowledgeable. Thank you sir I wish I would have got your name.

On April 21,2023, my garbage was picked up from in front of my house. It was the regular day for pickup. When I went to retrieve my garbage can, it was gone. I called the 311 hotline the next day. That was 14 calendar days ago. It was supposed to arrive in 10 days. What happened to professional on time service? In the meantime, I have 3 bags of garbage in my backyard! GET TO WORK PLEASE PEOPLE!! HIRE SOME WORKERS. I WANT A GARBAGE CAN, I IS PASSED THE 10 DAYS THAT YOU CLAIMED!!!

I know we are on a dead end street but there is a field clear enough for the cans to be seen the black and green cans nobody showed up. But all the others streets got picked up. But it's not the first time and if you really complain they make you wait another week and then you have new bags of trash you can't put out. At least some people get a courtesy blow I'm not mad at the young ladies that are slinging the cans but the driver I'm sure when certain neighbors move I know they will be on the ball.

These guys don't do their job correctly. They sometimes don't even show up on time if they even show up at all and falsely report trash/recycling collections without actually fulfilling such collections.

And neither 311 (nor anything associated with the City of Houston) resolves initiated cases/complaint reports before closing them out. Their "fact finding" is basically taking lies from contractors at their word. Pathetic.

The city doesn't care. I was a supporter of our current mayor (Sylvester Turner), but he and his ilk are leading this city into the gutter (almost literally). Vote out these idiots and hope there maybe a change (the other side is probably just as useless).

Maybe instead just move out of Houston.

Sometimes they pick up trash. Sometimes not. It’s probably about 50/50. Whenever I file a report with 311, it is completely ignored. This “service” is a joke. They need to be investigated.
Ps I just saw that Hayes reviewed his own business a few years ago. Gross. That is against Google policies. I’ve reported it.

Service is SO bad. They skipped us entirely for recycling 2 weeks ago, and they're late again. Trash is also still at the curb. You would think they would prioritize neighborhoods that were skipped, but no, they keep their favorites first and clean.

After having the Artic Freeze the website for the city Solid Waste Dept said that our trash pick up is scheduled for February 23rd today is February 18th and there was literally 2 houses with their trash cans out for pick up. There has been times when certain neighbors didn’t have their trash out the driver would blow his/her horn to give them a warning to get their trash out! I tried to flag them down not sure if they saw me or not but they kept going......smh
