I've been to this place twice already.
The first time we got here was completely by accident, when we were walking around Windsor. Then we just went in for coffee, but decided to stay because the atmosphere and comfort of this place charmed us right away. I ordered three cheese sourdough bread . And it was just incredibly delicious. We were delighted.

Then it turned out that jazz evenings were taking place here, and I called my friend and we returned. It was a magical evening. Again, delicious food, beautiful people around, beautiful music and saxophone sounds. I would definitely recommend this place to visit. There are few such places in England. And they also opened another place in Reading, and I've already been there, too, and I didn't regret it once again. It is clear that the owners of this restaurant strive to provide high service to the guests.

Lovely restaurant situated at the Windsor & Eton Central, with an outdoor and indoor seating. Great menu, delicious food, polite staff. Except for them not having restrooms, and directing customers to the train station public toilets ( that were not functioning properly - none of them flushed), this would have been a perfect experience.

Showed up at the front side and we're told by a gentleman we could not sit upfront, but should sit inside or in the back and someone would come get our order. Went to the back and sat and waited for ~10 minutes with two staff coming by (not including the original gentleman) and no one even have us menus. Got up to ask someone if we were meant to order inside and they said no they would bring us menus and apologized with some comment of not knowing we had not already ordered. The boards for the specials were directly next to our table and very precariously perched. The waitress reviewed the specials and moved and placed the boards realizing they were very tenuous. Food arrived and was perfectly fine. There was the. A mild wind that blew the two large chalkboards over on top of the head of one of our party and making quite a loud noise and spilling drinks across our table it k ocked over. . Folks from two nearby tables come to see if they were okay and no staff. Eventually a staff member slowly walked over picked up the chalkboard and moved them next to the bar. We finished our meal and when we asked for the check the waitress acknowledged us and said she would get it. She came back 2 more times to let us know she was working on it but was busy doing other things and could not get us our check. She then brought a card reader over without providing an itemized receipt or asking if we wanted one, gave us a number for the cost and asked us to pay. The card reader twice said their was a network issue. The waitress then said the card must be bad and asked to be paid differently. Asked them to get another card reader and they did and the card worked fine. It was disappointing given the food was good how bad the service was. Will hope at a minimum they find a new way to put up their specials.

Small, quaint creperie with a lovely, relaxing atmosphere. Folk music playing in the background. Outside seating also available and dog treats given. The photo is of the 3 cheese board. (More bread recommended). ?

Preferred this place when it was branded as Gregory & Tapping wine bar as it had a more authentic British vibe. Not sure why they changed it to a pancake shop (there is a Japanese pancake shop next door)? I guess it's to attract daytime tourists... which is a shame as, for a brief moment in time, it felt like a place that catered to the local community (a rare thing in Windsor!)

Superb. Great location, dynamic and personable team, great music. Very impressed by the quality of the wines and cheeses, but even more so by the incredible generosity. Fantastic place, highly recommended. I must add I am French, but I reluctantly admit their English cheeses and wines must be tried. A triumph. Bravo mes amis anglais.
