First time going and absolutely loved it tbf. Only visited for a laugh but walked out winning £125. The staff were lovely, friendly and very helpful, the food is really cheap, we paid £6 for a full dinner, £2.50 for that slice of cake. It was decent too, it won't be the best food you've ever had but definitely worth having if you're there. The people around us playing were lovely, approachable, and congratulated me on my wins at the end. Honestly it's worth going for a laugh

I absolutely love castle bingo which is why I'm giving a 5 star review BUT, PLEASE for the love of God, clean your glasses! They're constantly full of lipstick! I sat in coffee and treats once and went up for a glass of Pepsi. Full of lipstick. Took the glass back and was handed a fresh Pepsi in a new glass. Again, full of lipstick. The guy then said he'd walk over to the bar and get another glass. He was so pleased when he came back and handed it to me only for it to be stinking. I didn't have the heart to tell him so went and bought a can instead. Honestly, this is every single time, whether it's me drinking from a glass or friends I'm with. You either need a better dishwasher and actually clean them cos they look like they're just taken, rinsed under a tap and given back out. I dread to think what the cutlery are like.

Still didn't win, but free good today and a coronation mug and coaster free gift ?
Yay had a win today... here's to many more! Lovely lasagne today too.
Update: won last week and tonight on telebingo. Lush curry rice and chips for tea. Bargain price £11 for all books Inc late session. (Wednesday)

Me and my mum are regulars at this castle bingo and I got to say the atmosphere is amazing and the staff are so lovely , helpful and friendly and great value of food and drinks highly recommended

Friendly and helpful staff. It is always spotlessly clean there and the toilets have fresh flowers. Nice choice of food and on certain nights, there's very good prize money!
