Nice place lovely food the pizza is better then any local Italian lol good prize money on weekends always good offers 2 quid pints nice staff friendly welcoming place excellent staff all friendly met with a smile every time you go 5*** great management too

Me and my friends went to buzz bingo for the first time this week on Thursday. We decided we wanted a nice friends night since we barely get to see each other. However, unfortunately the night the was shambles and we will not be attending buzz bingo ever again. We never got told simple information as games are 45 minutes long. We arrived 5 minutes early due to traffic being bad an signed up quickly with a good staff member. When entering at the desk it was 10 minutes into the game which we understood that we missed a few games. When sitting down our games would not load, therefore we went up to the front desk and asked why and we got told that we would play from half 6 till 7. During the time around 6:20 there was a Gogo game and we got told that if we raise our tickets a staff member would insert the pound for our free game. Unfortunately not staff member acknowledge us and we were simply ignored. We went back up to the front desk and said nothing has been explained properly and got told they would come over next gogo game which they never. While waiting to play actual bingo we only got to play 15 minutes out of 45 minutes, which we understand we was late due to singing up but never got told we would miss 20 minutes of the game. We felt ignored throughout the experience, except for two staff members which apologised who worked at the front and offered free drinks while we waited for managers to complain.

So hard to understand the electronic boards and made it a very long night worse than watching paint dry.
Didn't know what we were buying. Tried to put more on my account via the tablet waited 10 minutes no one came to the table so i missed 4 games. Even though the place was virtually empty.
Staff were polite but only a couple were helpful.
Never knew how confusing a tablet for bingo could be especially as we have run our own online business for 20 years.

Staff are nice but low prizes on every game! Also if you’re thinking about eating there don’t bother the £1 burger van at hull fair is better quality with both me and my wife getting food poisoning

Went 1st time this week and tbh it felt weird have a large room and only 20 people playing bingo. Most of the game that night were linked so maybe that puts a few off. That aside new members are well looked after with free game vouchers for 4 visits. Free machine credit. Free drink from bar. Free dabber. In the slots area loomed after again with Free drink and chocolate bar. Can I thank the small amount of staff on last night for a good welcome and I've been told not all nights are link only so I'll be back for a different night.

Joined tonight and the staff were extremely helpful the lady on the reception, lauren and kerry were so attentive and made us feel at ease, you have a great team and should be proud of them all. Had some great offers on too. Can't wait to come back. Great atmosphere.
