We had the most wonderful first-time bingo experience, all thanks to Annette! She greeted us with a warm and bubbly welcome. Annette went above and beyond to check in on us multiple times throughout our games, ensuring we could keep pace with the games and she even shared some lovely stories about being her daughter’s lucky charm. Her friendly nature and radiant energy made the evening so enjoyable. Annette is a little ray of sunshine, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit!

Oh dear! Where do I begin? This place has just lost its magic. Leaking roof, bathroom taps just trickle, ATM out of order, screens slow and switching off continuously and grubby, display board not working. Hardly any customers, must have been 30 in total at a push and it was a Sunday night. Hardly any staff so you couldn’t get any service. Food was dismal, my chicken burger was actually 2 teeny bits of chicken the size of nuggets on a stale bun.. Looks like the whole place is about to go into administration. I used to love this place years ago. I feel sorry for the handful of staff who are trying to keep it all together. The place really needs some serious care and attention or closing down.

Package prices are expensive compared to Prize money, everything needs an update, awful musty smell when you walk into the hall! I missed a game because the electronic pad lost connection, asked for some tissue to wipe the pads as they looked like they'd never been cleaned, however they didn't have any. The ceiling was leaking with a nice bucket and briken table underneath. The big screens were broke, there was a group of lairy customers and not once were they asked to be quiet while the bingo was in play. Went to order at the bar, asked for 2 blackcurrant and lemonade, the lad serving asked if I wanted normal or soda water, when I replied with lemonade please, he started filling the glass with lemonade, suddenly said 'oh f*ck, I better put the blackcurrant in first, sorry I'm not with it today' which was a bit of a shocker. The food was crap, the 'go go' prizes were unbelievable! £6 prize money for £1 per board! I won a go go game quite early on, i waited at least 30 minutes before asking the caller how to get the proze money, he replied 'its probably still on the table and walked over to the desk, wheh i asked if this is where to collect he replied 'yes and no' sometimes we bring it over, sometimes there isnt the staff'. The flush and taps weren't working in the toilets, and to top off the fabulous night.. when I came out to the car there was a giant puddle formed on the carpark, outside the driver door, so deep that when I stepped into the car my shoe fell off and floated away! No joke! I spent over £100 and would've had a nicer time flushing the money down the loo (if there loo's actually worked that is!)

Such a shame because I remember this being a great club when it was gala, looks like buzz haven't spent a bean on updating the place! No wonder the staff are miserable, such a dull and drab atmosphere, put it out of its misery and close the place down before the ceiling caves in!

If you think Bingo is just for pensioner's with there bingo markers think again baby, such a fun evening out with the chance to actually win a decent amount, beers and food available with a outside smoking area with games, mixed with a wide collection of bandit machines too, first time goers get a cracking discount and you will get special offers in the post, used my £20 quid off voucher today and won £120 useing the digital tablets, absolutely smashing time out, don't delay and shout BINGO! On 28th June me and my partner and my 8mth baby walked over after been the the Chinese buffet we saw the bingo hall we went over to ask a question but once we was in the Reception a women come out and was very rude saying get out with the baby was the way she said it so I said we only come over to ask a question but she was very rude her name was MICHELLE i said that was very rude there is ways to talk to people. i said could you get me a manger she said she was busy I said can you get her please the manger DAWN came out and asked what's up we said we came to ask about the bingo and your staff was rude and saying to my partner get out with the baby and Dawn said it's just a fear factor when baby are in hear reli rude staff and bad attitude

I came here with a few friends on a Monday night as they wanted to show this Australian a truly English experience.
As long as you gamble responsibly, you can have a really fun time at the bingo parlour. I prefer playing the paper tickets, I think it exercises the brain more but i believe the hardcore players use the touch pads. But you have to listen and act fast because the numbers get called out very quickly.
The best part is how cheap the meals and drinks are. This ends up being quite an affordable activity. Although none of us won anything, it ended up being a fun night. I found the staff friendly and helpful, particularly for newbies like me.
Going to a bingo parlour is something you should do at least once in your life. I genuinely enjoyed myself here.

It was all going well until we went to purchase food and drink. It was my first trip as I joined for fun with my friend for a bit of excitement. Helpful receptionist who showed us the ropes .. then we made our way with our discount ticket (for new members) to the food and drink bar. It started ok, however it became more apparent as we tried to use our discount ticket that this was an inconvenience for the woman serving us. I'll not embarrass her here too much however her attitude and tongue is the epitome of rude and angry at life who takes it out at any given opportunity on members of the public. Buzz, get this woman off customer services she hates her job.

NEW to the club and helped out by the wonderful 'San'. People don't always remember what you say, but they always remember how you made them feel. San gave us a warm welcome and helped us to find our feet in the Club. A great asset to your team.
