Really enjoyed our time here, a shame that there weren't more people! Only minor negative is how far the parking is to the site, other than that, lovely food and staff. Would recommend!

nice clean not many in there which is sad as its where you can meet fri friends new people and enjoy a good evening money is good prizes price for books reasonable price machines acceptable but worth it not to enjoy yourself You're bored

This place is like stepping back in time. Badly needs to be brought up to date. We joined here as new members been twice but won't return its a joke here. No one on bar and there prices more than our usual mecca then the food was cheap enough but waited way to long for it then when it did bingo had started and it was like where's the food it was a babies portion. The moment you come in you end up fending off and get the hard sell from Craig on the counter up selling everything. 1st tine we went we had the board and paper. It's unprofessional and bingo caller in the hall has the easiest job in the building it's all called over some 1940s type speaker which is unclear. They just call the numbers so you can barley keep up then never say it's carrying on. Found it a joke it really was a joke. Shame as we were looking for an alternative to going to thanet Mecca every week sometimes twice a week.

Sadly all the games were linked ones as only 15 players in the room including us. The club is in the pedestrianised high st and we couldn't find the onsite parking. Buzz needs to close this club down and open a new one on an industrial estate with easy access and parking. Numbers will increase then. Staff are great

Great bingo hall
Lovely staff very friendly and helpful.
I never won but lots of people were winning at the club. Great atmosphere. Very reasonable priced books electronic and paper books. Open 7 days a week. Good food and drink offers. Have free main session on Thursday afternoons.

Yes had great session today Wednesday & Saturdays are my bingo days meet my 2 friends have our lunch game bingo makes my day,I am 85 my brain fine just my limbs not so good ,lots of luck all u bingo plays.mary berryxx

Visited for the first time yesterday. I already belong to a club in London so am familiar with books and games. Nothing was fully explained to me although I did say it was my first time there. I had to ask each time I did not understand what was going on. Good job I did or I would have been completely lost.
In my usual Gala when someone is new the staff ask one of us 'oldies' to look after them and show them what to do. I have gained many new friends doing this. Wish they had done that here.
Having said all that I did enjoy myself and would definitely come back next time I am in the area.

not all staff are friendly glasses and jugs were dirty when asked them to be cleaned just run under water so still all wgite at bottom fish what sister ordered had bones in she threw up 20 mins later ordered chips bbq sauce cheese bacon like on menu came with no sauce at all took it back they laughed and squeezed the bbq sauce over the top when suppose go in middle so can be hot boards all kept failing thr caller was rude when said its off and carried on so ended up missing 2 games there was a nice ypung lafy who did sort us out free voucher as we had lots of trouble that night and was very pilote also spoke to manager who said he was going have a word also we dressed up as its was western night but its was more like dead in there noone else was dressed no team bingo what was advertised and the buttons free gift what was said was only given out when people complained as they said noone pucked them up ive been before and loved it just think its going down hill need proper people in kitchen cooking and menu wow is so expensive for what u get and come out on tiny plates not good to be honest overall was disappointed im the whole night am going back tonight use voucher so hopefully better experience but not much hope to be honest thats a shame as loved the gala before
