Great night as always. Reasonably priced drinks, great games of bingo. Handsome butlers in the buff although there were a little moody. And the strippers were great to watch. Good interaction with the audience. Looking forward to next year ?

We visited buzz bingo Basildon this evening and was so exceptionally pleased with the customer service we received from all the staff especially GLEN. He was extremely friendly and helpful and really clear at calling the numbers (I’m Dyspraxic) but as GLEN was soo clear he made my night so enjoyable and fun. Buzz bingo are clearly doing something right to have staff like they do at Basildon Especially GLEN. Thank you can’t wait to vist again

Can’t express how much my visit shocked me. Never been to this one before and when I mentioned this to the amazing lady Julie on the front desk she could not have made me feel more comfortable. She insisted on showing me around, introduced me to all the staff and regulars, introduced me to Gemma who was equally as lovely who helped me with my tickets. Julie even came and checked on me a few times to see if I was ok. Not often you get service like this and they both deserve a gold star and a pay rise for making me want to visit again (I live 2 hours away!) thanks girls for making a girl on her own feel very comfortable ❤️. Xxx

No atmosphere, tired decor
Very confusing if you dont know how to play Bingo.
Staff dosent really explain things how they work.
Not a great selection at the bar, over-all very poor experience

It's okay... It's dirty, the food isn't all that, and theres barely any parking. The staff are great though! However, I dont think Ill be returning

Julie was one I a million. Me and my wife has been going bingo for 35 years. Julie made our night and made us realise why we love bingo. She’s amazing, buzz bingo give this woman a pay rise

We had our work Christmas do here and it was fantastic. Tables dressed beautifully, complimentary drinks on the table and Christmas crackers! I want to shout out to Julie ( not manager ) who went above and beyond for our event. She made sure drinks were topped up and food was all ordered. It was fantastic and Julie is a credit to the company x
