I stopped to grab a quick dinner for my kiddos, myself, & spouse on the way home tonight, 11-14-24. I ordered the Fried Pickle Ranch Whopper for myself & found out after a 25min drive home that they completely messed up my order. From the look of it, they started to make the Mexican Street corn Whopper instead & then didn't 3ven finish. I was understanding having to wait for everything fresh, but this is definitely a huge disappointment.

Man, idk what happened, but this place must be under new management!! Kudos to the new staff, my food was fast fresh and cooked to perfection. The bun was fresh and soft. The meat was fully cooked to a good chard but definitely Not burned or dry!! The staff was quick and professional!!
I forgot how good Burger King used to be.
Had a great experience.

Its been a while since I've been to a Burger King, this Leander location was impressive, Clean and helpful staff.I bought a simple Rodeo Hamburger , very modesty priced, IT WAS REALLY GOOD! It was intended as a snack and I was amazed at its flame grilled taste and BBQ sauce. I'll be back...

Terrific drive thru service. The employee was patient with a big order in front of me. Assisted her in getting the best deal with her order. My Whopper Junior was made the way I wanted, and was hot. My only complaint is the frozen Coke. It was more air than Coke. Go to 7-11 if you want that, but this place is solid other than that.

Went there today and the lady who took my order didn't want to take my coupon and when I told her it wasn't expired she finally took it. Then rudely declined my large bill which could be understanding however she closed the window before my son offered me his credit card and when I got the attention of the other worker to hand him my card she just kept gesturing for me to go wait in the front doors. Um hello lady you had no one else waiting I was the only one there in the drive thru. Rudest woman ever and then I asked for dry sandwich which meant no ketchup no mustard or mayo. I bought cheeseburgers and they didn't even have cheese in them! I know she did that on purpose.

The Latino man that served me my food ois, food, was actually rude to me. He was a little bald on the head. He did not want to give me any napkins or extra ketchup. I literally had to ask for the requests. He should be disciplined. And there was too much mayo on my double cheeseburgers. Let alone, the fries tasted a little sugary. I hope the manager of this place reads my comment. I will not be returning to this place. Mortal Kombat Kano agrees.

I've gone here a ton for breakfast sandwiches. They've have the 2 for 5 ham egg and cheese croissantwhiches forever.

They've never gotten my order wrong and the staff seem like solid folks. The hash browns can be cold some times but over all pretty reliable for breakfast over the years

Staff are rarely professional. They will get at least one thing wrong or not have something in stock 100% of the time. The food never tastes bad, but I am never truly satisfied. This is my last time visiting this location.
