Needed medication with a prior authorization and still have no answers. This dr office is the worst at handling that and do not care about there patients I have called left messages and even emails. They keep giving me the run around. I’m beyond fed up. Please spare yourself and do not go there. They are awful

I recently visited Dr. Bin-Saghrer's office, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. To start, the hold times when calling the office are excessively long. On one occasion, I was left on hold until the office closed for the day. This lack of communication and consideration is highly unprofessional.

My appointment with Dr. Bin-Saghrer was equally unsatisfactory. He seemed disinterested in my symptoms, giving me the impression that he didn't believe my visit was necessary and just suggested I drink metamucil. This dismissive attitude made the consultation uncomfortable and unproductive. Additionally, when I sought guidance on my health concerns, Dr. Bin-Saghrer asked me what I wanted him to do, as if I were the one with medical expertise. This response was not only unhelpful but also added to my frustration.

Furthermore, I had scheduled the appointment for a regular screening due to my family history. However, because I mentioned other symptoms, the visit was coded as a diagnostic appointment. This resulted in an unexpected bill of $1,113, which is significantly higher than what I anticipated for a standard screening.

Overall, the combination of poor communication, lack of empathy, and billing issues has left me very dissatisfied with Dr. Bin-Saghrer's office. I hope they can improve their patient care and administrative processes in the future.

In May I had my colon checked by this doc. 2 days before, I was to get my results the office called and told me they no longer take my insurance. They said they would send my results to my primary care doc. THEY NEVER did this was in May and I still don't know what the results were

Worst experience I've ever had with a doctor. He spent less than 5 minutes with me. He entered the room with arrogance, giggling and laughing with his young nurse. He asked me multiple times about past surgeries, and why I had never had any surgeries in my 58 years. He never once took the time to sit down with me to ask about my health issues. He never explained the procedure he prescribed for me. Totally uncaring, no empathy, and much too busy to listen to my concerns. Needless to say , I will not be returning!

My boyfriend had a $400 EGD done from them. The follow up appointment was next week. They just called to say they no longer take his insurance and wouldn't give the results. There is a complete lack of care for the patients and what they're going through.

Honestly the lack of effort, preparation and care that went into this appointment were abysmal! If I could give this office zero stars I would! He asked me one question, pressed on my stomach and listened to my back. He didn’t care that I had stomach pain and other issues that I went to him to get . An all around half baked job and I was so disappointed at the lack of care I received I almost cried. I wouldn’t let my worst enemy see him!

Came in as a new patient and made to wait 45 mins after scheduled appt time only to have the doctor not listen to my concerns and continued to cut me off every time I tried to explain something. He was determined I have IBS and when I said there was more going on, he shot it down without even examining me. He was set on his diagnosis soon refused his exam and left. He also doesn’t perform some basic GI procedures and told me I’d have to go to Tampa general. Most GIs perform the procedure I mentioned as it had been recommended by prior GI. Stay away from this quack. And if ya look through other reviews, he only responds to the positive ones, no apologies to anyone who has an issue

I don't know who paid these people for the great reviews I am reading here, but our experience was not like this . I was under the impression that doctors entered the profession because they care about people and want to help them. This man did not exhibit any of those qualities, he performed a procedure on my husband at the hospital, he never spoke to us after the procedure and left for the day with us not knowing the findings. The only thing we got from the nurses was that he found nothing concerning. We went to see another doctor who reviewed the results of the scope and learned that my husband has multiple areas of concern, including ulcers that show signs of bleeding. This doctor is very unprofessional and I would never recommend him to anyone!
