I arrived during the end of game 4 and left before game 5. The lady I brought the books from waited until I sat down to play then came told me I had to buy a book for my toddler and baby to play. If she would’ve told me at the counter when she first saw me and my kids it would’ve been fine.

Nice people work here, but the truck entrance is worst. Its the entrance for cars not for trucks. You have to use the left lane to make right narrow turn inside the parking lot. Be prepared - Be safe - Drive safely.

Frankly it's boring and rigged. I just takes my cousin cuz she's sick and she likes it. Waste of time and money. The only people that play are the ones that really need money. ? Which is why they should not go there! The buddy buddy system is too much for me to handle.

Great place to unwind if you like playing bingo! Friendly staff. Customers can be extremely rude with comments made toward workers and bingo callers. Otherwise, a great place to go with friends. Bingo cards are fairly priced. You can purchase a computer (with your books uploaded to it) which automatically dabs numbers for you and even let's you know when you have bingo. Large variety of pull tab games available.

The owner/workers in the food area are EXTREMELY RUDE with absolutely NO customer service skills at all. Speaking rudely to customers is a huge NEGATIVE in my book. Needless to say, I will bring my own food into the building if needed. You are the ones that need customers, DON'T be RUDE to them!!! They keep your business OPEN!!!!

I have been playing bingo for a long time I really enjoy it but I have been observing the workers and some callers that they’re working together they cheat, these happened to me a couple times that I don’t get paid when I bingo, last Friday I yelled Bonanza loud and my hands up the caller stop calling the balls so I waited for the verifying worker on duty it takes her a long time to verify my bingo card , when she finally came and gave me the stick before she can verify my card number, the caller called the next number. I didn’t get paid of $300 hundred dollars, because she claimed that she didn’t hear me, I feel cheated and very upset. She’s busy eating her food and she didn’t pay attention what she’s doing. I think it’s needed to be told that no eating or texting while they are calling so they can hear or pay attention who yelled bingo on the floor.
