Brought my car in for an inspection and an oil change. The inspection was rejected for various reasons, no big deal there. The bigger issue was that I noticed the next day that I had a huge puddle of oil under my car.

I called Bingo and told them of the problem, only to be told that they didn't remember my car from the previous day (their shop was empty when I brought it in in the morning) and that any work that needed to be done would have to wait until Monday. I told them this was unacceptable, and that this was clearly connected to the work they did the previous day. The person on the phone said that it was probably "just some oil splashing around" and that it's not a big deal. I once again said that this was unacceptable and took it elsewhere for a second opinion.

I took my car to Big Al's for a quick check and lo and behold, my oil filter had not been hardly screwed back into place at all. After supposedly getting an oil change the previous day of 3.5 quarts, I was notified(and observed) today I had less than half a quart left in my car, not even enough to register on the dipstick. I will never take my car back to Bingo, and I will make sure to tell everyone I know to never take it there again.

Had a great experience with Bingo today. Had been talking to Crystal for the past couple of days about alot of work I needed done on my wife's car. New tires. 100k tune up, alignment, oil chance state inspection. The guys in the shop where very professional. They took half a day a completed everything beyond my satisfaction. I thought the prices where very fair. This will be a place I will use, When I need my cars serviced. Thanks

I have been an LOYAL customer for this business. I went to get an inspection this month. Waited 3 hours inside of the location for them to lose my key fob to my car !!! Then when I addressed the issues the RECEPTIONIST lady was so rude !!! I’ve been a customer longer than she has worked there & she treated me as if I was some crazy lady that lost her own key fob. I’m so disappointed in the way the matter was handled and treated. I’m not saying someone took it but it couldn’t have been dropped during the process. She swore she looked around but I KNOW she didn’t, which is why I decided to look around the shop myself. On top of that I was charged $40 to reposition ONE headlight bulb. I will never be supporting this business again !

The receptionist was very nice and the issues I had with my car were well taken care of. The reason I'm giving this a 3 star is due to what I found after getting in my car. I noticed my phone mount was sitting in my passenger seat but I decided I would put it back up once I got home. Only then did I realize that it had been broken and next to it was another one which clearly looked like it had been used before. They never mentioned that they had broken my original one and the replacement one I was given can't suction on to anything. I was glad with their service but disappointed in the lack of honesty and respect to my property. I wish they would have asked me to adjust the mount or tell them how to instead of ripping it off the way they did.

The mechanic wouldn't leave his chair in the bay to show and explain the problem. I gladly left and won't return. Unprofessional and disappointing experience.

They make no money on these state required inspections so most fraudulently per the state police fail people and try to force them into repairs that are not needed and try to bully them …. Call the police let them show them what’s wrong
Definitely need oversight here
These should not be done at service stations as it’s too easy to bully or commit fraud and lie to people to force them into not needed repairs

Picking up car after having alternator replaced I received a list of repairs failed inspection! I asked them to look over the car! Miss communication! Ask to put my sticker back on because I still had a month on it, he said can't do that it's in the trash estimate on fixing to pass inspection was 2500.00 took to my usually go asking for inspection, i1 thing I had to take plastic off window visual driving obstacle. Cost 00000
