It can be fun. Food is between borderline scraps and dog chow. Eat before you arrive. Depending on the organization, the rules for payouts can be confusing. If you just want something different to do, it's not a bad way to spend an evening when other halls are closed.

My mom and I went to experience our very first trip to play Bingo. The very nice and cordial person who answered the phone then greeted us at the hall, (I'm so sorry I don't remember your name) helped with understanding what needs to happen before we played and instructed us on pricing which by the way is very affordable!
Once you begin playing, it's rather confusing on how the various games are played because it turned out that each game is slightly different. I finally got smart and asked one of the players sitting next to me. I actually had a BINGO so I thought but was embarrassed to learn that it wasn't a traditional win with getting a line of numbers in a row but you needed a line of numbers on one of the exterior lines in a square. There's also some side games which occor while playing that we never understood. The food isn't very palatable so eat before you go. They also don't allow food or beverage to be brought in so forget sneaking in your cocktails... All in all, we'll give it another go and hopefully win a BINGO! BTW, there's one high dollar game worth upwards of 12K! All the other wins were worth $100 to $200 and you had to split the pot with any other winners.

So disappointed… There was a MUST GO session last night and there was no clear structure to it. We showed up at 7pm the session before the 10 oh clock MUST GO session and they gave us tickets for early access to the next session. This meant we would have priority before all of the people who were only showing up for the Big Money session. That is not what happened. Halfway through the stopped calling the numbers of the people from the earlier session and the people who showed up after received cards before everyone else who had already been there . We still ended up dead last at the end of the line to get cards while the new comers were already sitting. They also started the game and everyone in line missed out on playing at least half the games. When people spoke up and started to complain we were told that we could leave and it wasn’t their fault we showed up late when infact all of the people at the end of the line were from the previous session. No organization and No professionalism. By the time we got our cards and sat down it was the middle of the 4th game. To spend all that money and miss out on games was just unfair. I’m not sure I’ll be back which sucks because my first time was pretty decent.

I've got over 7 thousand dollars and done numerous cash outs and none has paid out it's been saying queing for over 3 months now so the renewing every minute is bullshit and I don't recommend this to anyone y'all get paid from all the ads but you don't pay out what players earn it's false advertising and I will be seeking legal advice so

I’m not sure about this place. The same people win over and over again.. The same people! Tonight @730 bingo it was sponsored by an elks club? Guess what… An elderly man I’ve never seen before won 6 times.. Six… both bingo and the tab games… coincidence? I think not… I’m not a sore loser just wonder if this place is legit!

This thing was absolutely rude being first timers to the bingo hall you think "humans" would be more welcoming instead of wanting to be a rude territorial table hogs who make up their own rules. Will be looking into other bingo halls. ✌️

This hall is terrible. The regular clientele ruin the experience for other players. Management refuses to address the nasty customers that make it uncomfortable for others to play here. Do not come. So many better options and groups to support.

Update to Address Management's Response: While I appreciate the response, saying that we stayed for a second session is a misrepresentation. We were chatting with friends who run a Bingo session at a different hall. We were discussing the lack of bingo hall decorum and how that was a product of hall management and not game management. I appreciate you directing me to the game manager but unfortunately, that wasn't where my problem existed.

Been here twice. First time the people at the table over complained very loudly and argued with manager about not dropping the balls. Second time they were very packed and they announced no saving seats or using more than one seat. Upon seating ourselves a lady came up and said it was her seat and we needed to move, as she wanted 3 spaces, half the table to herself. When we said no she began to argue with us. Her friend taking up the other half of the table joined in. Then when she saw me in the restroom she began telling the other players how we "stole" her seat, and we are not regulars and she's never seen us before. That doesn't mean a thing. Ruined the night for us. I am not sure we will be returning. This was too much.
