If you go to this place or any other place like it...
Make sure you understand the rules
These places aren't normal stores, you buy it and it's yours, no refunds
But if your willing to look, shake, and inspect the item before you pay, deals are to be had.
Check dates and feel the weight of the item to make sure the price reflects something missing or the box is full.
I found it to be worth a trash bag full of stuff I paid 20 dollars for that I know was worth over 35 to 40... take your time and you will find deals.
Happy hunting at this store, it's worth checking out if you like deals and understand the business model they are providing to you

I truly like the way that they've organized this place. It looks clean, organized much better than when I came my 1st visit this summer. A Lot of liquidation places owned by Hispanics just have their locations with bins for people to look through and majority look trashy, run down, unorganized even though they have brand new or at times used items. BUT ITS ALL ABOUT PRESENTATION..
I WISHED THAT ALL THE OTHER PLACES FOLLOWED THIS SIMPLE EXAMPLE. BY ORGANIZING THEIR PRODUCTS...It creates a sense of order, gives a better energy when shopping.
THANK YOU FOR ORGANIZING YOUR ITEMS....
I'll definitely go back there to shop.

CHECK EVERY ITEM!!! Been in a few times, bought stuff only to get home and either parts are missing or the item is damaged.
I have to agree with other reviews and word of mouth, this place sucks! They are selling defective returned items, they are not over stocks, the girl at the front made it clear that the items were returns and should be checked before leaving the store.
There are some nice discount places down Spencer, towards South Houston. The Little Depot on College is my favorite, they have nice stuff. Then there’s Deals & Steal 1&2. Look them up before going, they list items the night before. Good luck & happy shopping.

Went there on an $8 day but if a box has it price its fixed at that. Got what I thought was a casper pillow, which was marked for $15, when I got home it was a cheap used target pillow with blood spots. Also signs all around the store that say you can’t open the box, assume this why. If you go would recommend to make sure you know what you’re buying otherwise you aren’t even guaranteed what the box says but will still pay the price for it.

Place is great. They will open the boxes for you to make sure the correct item is in there complete and works. If you buy something missing a part that’s on you for not having them check. They have signs all over the store posted saying they will open boxes and check items for you. So you must know how to read and read the signs posted around the store to avoid any misunderstandings.

Make sure you have them open the ítems that are breakable before you take it. I purchased a 16 piece dinner plate set for $25. I got home, unpacked it and found 3 plates broken. I went back (30 minutes later) to see if I could get a refund and saw the sign that says no returns or refunds. The owner was there and was having a conversation with a customer I presume seemed like a casual conversation. Once she came to a pause in her conversation the cashier explained what happened and explained that I was just there and purchased quite a few times. She then looks at the no refund sign and looks outside, never acknowledges me and continues her conversation with the other customer as well as doing something on her phone. I look at the cashier and the cashier tells me “she’s thinking, she’s thinking”. I stand there for a good minute or two without her saying anything to me just conversing with the other lady. I get fed up and proceed to leave saying that I will not come back. She comes after me and says “just give me a minute I was looking up something” I say “that’s fine” and wave her off as I’m walking. She also says “we’ll I was in the middle of a conversation and just give me a minute”. I felt very disrespected. If she would have told me no right away and pointed to the sign, I would have respected her more. Lesson learned, consumer beware. Out of pure principle, I will not go back. She never acknowledged and felt like I was beneath her, she must need the $25 more than me.

If I could give this place a 0 out of 10 I would terrible place I went there a I got a pack of underwear and the clothes are like 2 dollars I think and there were 4 pairs so I thought ohh this is a good deal. Well the next day I go look at my bank account and I was charged 12 dollars and so after work I went back the next day to talk to the manager/ owner and she was white trash and missing teeth and disrespectful to me and was not even making eye contact with me the whole time and refused to do anything about it and I was getting flustered with the situation and I told her if she didn’t give me my money back I was going to call the police and she refused so I step outside to call someone to see what I should do and so I go back inside and I tell her that I’ll just dispute the charge on my back account and I leave and she chases me into the parking lot and told me if I dispute the charges that she’s going to come after me and that when she lost business from me
