I used the same roll-off dumpster company owner for about twenty years, until he ripped me off on my last dumpster use a couple of years ago. I despise liars. I was having junk trees and bushes cleared off of a lot I own and I had rented his dumpster three times on that project. The last dumpster load he gave me a landfill receipt that was from another dumpster load he must’ve dumped. When he handed me the bill, which was well over $800.00, he told me that my guys loaded a bunch of concrete under the brush! I KNEW HE WAS LYING, DID NOT CALL HIM OUT ON IT, AND KNEW I WAS NEVER USING HIM AGAIN!

So, now that I’m into looking for a new dumpster company…..I went on Google and searched for San Antonio area dumpster rental companies. I normally don’t go by reviews because I know emotions goes into bad reviews. I believe that bad reviews can also come from someone holding someone else accountable to their contract, rules, etc. and that people can get pissed off from that and leave bad reviews. I believe in if you have nothing nice to say, then don’t say anything at all! I’ve left maybe less than fifteen google reviews and they are all five stars except for one. I laid that company out because I was dealing with racism (without saying that word) from that particular employee but allowed people to read between the lines on my review.

I saw too many bad reviews saying the same things about other dumpster rental companies. Examples: lies about the tons loaded into the dumpsters, resulting in them being charged hundreds of dollars more, and especially once the company received the money…..they no longer responded to calls, emails, or texts.

When I got to Bin There Dump That, they scored 4.8 of 5.0, had 354 Google reviews maintaining a five-star rating average, and after reading the first ten reviews…..I called them. Kayla was amazing! She took her time and explained the cost, size, and ton limit for the charge on all of their dumpster sizes. Yesenia emailed me as I forgot to send a copy of my driver's license when I agreed to rent their largest 20 cubic yard dumpster. I called and emailed them several times and got a response each time. The 2024 Summer Olympics was going on and my ten days ended on the last day, Sunday, August 11, 2024. They had scheduled me for pickup on Monday, morning the 12th, because I told them to just come pick it up when my time was up. I knew I would forget because the last week of the Olympics is the best part of why we Olympics fans watch it!

I deleted the man that I used for about twenty years and saved Bin There Dump that in my phone. Yes….they do actually put down the wood boards in your driveway, underneath both ends of the dumpster to protect your driveway, parking lot, or wherever they are dropping off the dumpster for your needs. I received an approximate 30 minutes heads up call the driver was on his way at drop off and pickup. Their drivers also give you a quick lesson on how to open and close the dumpster properly. It’s a three-point type system latch bars. Their drivers will take videos or pictures upon delivery and pickup. I did the same as it protects their customers from prior damages on their dumpsters and it protects them from damages a customer might do to their dumpsters! Lastly, my credit card was billed only once on Wednesday, July 31, 2024. They will also start your ten days the next business day, in my case because the delivery was after 3:20 pm, and that morning they weren’t sure what time it was going to be delivered. I will not use another dumpster company and neither will anyone reading my novel of a review! Five-star service across the board!

We often work in Alamo Heights, where the streets are small and the driveways are smaller and have yet to run into an issue. This was our first time renting a dumpster and the experience was great. The rental fee itself was very reasonable but what I appreciated most is they're able to deliver in more confined spaces. We live in a pretty narrow street and other companies required significantly more clearance than we had but Bin There Dump That made it work.
