I used B&D Containers for the removal of stumps and shrubs on my property. I had originally planned for one 40-yard bin, but the project quickly grew to three bins. They were very accommodating to my last-minute scope changes worked with me to coordinate the drop off and pick up of their bins.

The driver took additional care not to damage the concrete pad on which the bins were placed.

The guy that answered my call was agitated right from the start. I asked to have the bin picked up (called Friday afternoon) and he was saying wouldn't be able to pick up until Monday. For some reason he thought I was asking for the bin to be picked up right away. Though b&d is open weekends he stated that they don't pick up bins on weekends (no mention on website). I didn't need bin pick up right away, its more his hostility and accusations were totally unwarranted. I hadn't spoken with this guy before. Normally I'd spoken to a woman who actually had customer service skills. This guy should stay away from the customer service side if things... Otherwise will loose good business. Next time I will go with competition.

All around good experience! They were flexible with the timeframe we had the bin. Also the price was a nice surprise - cheaper than expected. Will use these guys again!
