My father, a Vietnam veteran, passed away from cancer on 28 May 24. I live in the St. Louis Metro area and came back to Denver to take care of all the funeral arrangements, which meant coordinating the funeral service and celebration of life on the same day in order to have maximum participation of family and friends, most of whom were coming in from out of town.

My family had contacted several different venues in the Denver metro area, all of which were magically expensive and not accommodating. As this VFW post is across from the Ft. Logan VA cemetery, and as I am a retired veteran, I walked in to discuss renting the hall for my Dad's celebration of life.

Michelle and her team were fantastic and accommodating. The hall was reasonably priced, spacious and clean with plenty of parking. Of all the problems associated with a funeral and celebration of life, we had no problem with this VFW post. We had about 100 guests, and everything went well.

We greatly appreciate Michelle and her team. I highly recommend this VFW post for any celebration you wish to have.

Really nice Event space.
We had room for everything we needed. It would have been better if we were able to use the Spotify Playlist. But we had music , lights, table chairs and plenty of space for food and desert tables.

We just had my mom's 70th Birthday party at VFW 9644. This is an amazing place for an event. Michelle the event coordinator, was great and went above and beyond to make this a special evening for my moms party, and she was quick to respond. The price is very affordable, and the venue definitely had plenty of room. The outside was just as spacious as the inside. Our guests had such a wonderful time. Thank you VFW 9644 for such a memorable evening.

There was plenty of space and was nice that we could setup the night before and store our food in the cooler. Michelle was very pleasant to work with and made sure we had everything we needed. The cost was reasonable and I would recommend using this facility to others.

Michelle was so great she let me decorate the night before our party and we were able to enjoy our night for the party!! It was such a beautiful place and I will be using the event hall again!!!

Michelle & the crew here are awesome to work with. This was our 2nd event within the last 4 months. They are all extremely friendly & helpful. Michelle was very responsive to text messages & phone calls. We had an issue with the sound on the video we played but I don't know if it was the sytem or our own user error.

The VFW facility was very nice and met our needs well. The staff was helpful and treated us with respect and courtesy. I would definitely recommend it for a group function.

This VFW did a wonderful job with a recent celebration of life for my dear friend. Michelle was so very helpful, understanding and available to make sure everything was taken care of.
