Was here three weeks ago with my boyfriend Kent Darby, whom l was treating him to a game of bingo, his knowing of the slot games he requested money to play, prior to bingo we both played the slots, 60$ each, which we both lost, he requested more money, as much as I can get, settled for 100.00 each, he lost it all, l still had my ticket with 91.00, which he promptly lost, that was a 500.00 day ....very upset as this is a pattern.....the bingo halls atmosphere was excellent, friendly staff, food was great, just very sorry that l vented, l was used.....

Went to this hall while on holidays.
First they didn't give me all the cards I paid for. I had to go back to the front desk to get them.
Then one of the runners threw my card out before it was played. When I complained they didn't even offer to replace it. Very unprofessional.

We come here for bingo. Place is usually full. Proof of vaccination required.

The place is clean. There is food service. We got the poutine which was good. We also got the coffee which was ok.

For beginners, there is not much of an introduction, just need to try to follow along and you will get the hang of it.

Bingo dappers are sold here as well.

There are slot machines.

Overall, I would go again, as it's better than other bingo halls in Ottawa.

Are you stuck in a rut this winter? I discovered this place relatively close to home and thanks to my friends. We had a fun night of bingo and three hours went by so fast. There are many different plays and they were too confusing for my first time at this venue. So I decided to take the smallest 5-page booklet to see how things work. The long-time players are friendly and helped us understand how things work. This bingo hall is clean, well-equipped, and the plays run like a well-oiled machine. Since I didn't have sheets for every plays, this allowed me to get something to eat and drink before my next play. The onion rings are delicious! By the end of the night, I felt confident that I can move to the next level of sheets for more plays.

I think this place is decent and I would consider visiting it again but unfortunately there was a staff member that made the experience intolerable as they had attitude and acted unprofessional. There was a young lady who worked there, and like most of the other staff deserves 5 stars, but his demeanor and lack of knowledge and effort was deplorable. Even after giving him a $20 tip, he still acted entitled and standoffish. It's really sad that I had to have my first impression of this place as a place that allows staff to behave in such a manner. Added a photo that resembles why I haven't returned to what could've been a great place.

Clean location. Not the best explanation if you don't know how to play all the different games that they have.
No one told us that we could go ahead and actually use the screens to plug in our cards and have the machines take care of them.
Other than that, it was a fun experience at bengaland

Once you start winning too much ( cashed in 4 huge tickets for slots) they will kick you out. Had 3 beers and cut me off.

We went to the Drag and Bingo and it was so much fun. The artists were excellent and the staff were dancing and singing. Especially Cassandra. It was the first time going and we will definitely go again!
