I cannot recommend The Bin Detailer enough! My trash bins and recycling had become unbearably smelly and were attracting flies, but The Bin Detailer came to the rescue and completely washed away all the nasty buildup that had accumulated over time. I was amazed at the transformation - my bins look like new now!

I found these guys online and gave them a try. I scheduled a Monday late afternoon cleaning since my garbage pickup is on Monday morning. They came around 5:00pm, as scheduled, and spent a good hour power washing my bins inside and out. Mind you, these bins have NEVER been cleaned before, so they were pretty disgusting, especially the compost bin. After running it through their machine, which uses hot water, they power washed the outside. I figured, cool, they're done. That was quick. But then they used what looks like clorox wipes to wipe down the outside and inside AGAIN! Then, they took a mop to dry out most of the water inside and used a microfiber towel to dry off the rest of it. Finally, they sprayed the inside with some sort of antibacterial spray and told me to leave the lids closed for a while to let the spray settle in. Damn bins were so clean, I thought it was shame to actually put garbage back into them, lol.

As I said, this initial cleaning took about an hour given the condition of my bins. They were extremely thorough and meticulous about the process. They told me they use environmentally friendly soaps, HOT water, and capture the dirty runoff into their machine, so the waste residue is not left on your street or let run into your sewer system.
