These guys have an attitude every time I go in there, and watching them treat other custmers like that as well is really appalling. They act like they pay you to come into their store. God forbid you forget to metion a screw or a bolt because they will charge you every time they have to back or give you more attitude, which I thought would be part of the service but I guess not. If they would put the product out so you can get your own stuff that would be great. They hate going to the back so bad that they fail to ask you if you need anything else before they go back there. They work in the ac so it's not because they are working in the heat. I have no idea why they treat their paying customers this way.

This their attitude: I show them a bolt and they slide it back and say "we don't carry that". I come back, show them another one, they glance at it and say "that's the best you're gonna get ". I return with another one, the most basic one, and they tell me the same thing, "we don't carry that one". It's a bolt bin! I decided that this isn't where you wanna go to get your bolts. Go to lubbock fasteners instead. These guys suck.

I read the reviews before I visited and was a bit apprehensive on what to expect. Now having been and writing my thoughts here, all I can think is the other reviewers must be nuts. The person who helped me didn't screw around and told me exactly what I had and what I needed. He explained how I could tell, why I needed that exact type, and what I needed to keep an eye out for. I was in and out fast, got all the questions I needed answered and a few I didn't know I needed to ask.

So on this day I go in a your counter person , must of like started of with a attitude , walks to the counter and his question is who's next , well I was trying to get my parts together from the front of the store , and like I and another customer, didn't say nothing , so he said okay then no one needs service and turn around to walk away from the counter, but with a attitude, I was walking to the counter , but noticed the way he was acting so put the items back on your shelf, and walked out to another business, to purchase what I needed , .
Service counter person needs to be a bit more interested in receiving customers properly.

I seem to put the guy out at the counter because he had to look for something for me .It was a very unpleasant time. I have bought from here several times and a lot of trailer parts but I will never go back. In fact he told me to go to Home Depot. I am sure you can find what you need anywhere else and have a better experience.

Been here a couple times. The people are always helpful. But they go above and beyond. I needed an odd ball bolt to make a clutch puller. The gentleman at the counter not only had what I needed right away but also gave me a spectacular price for it. They're awesome.
