Absolutely awful to deal with. This company does not seem to understand customer service. Wayne, the owner and Ryan, the service manager were both unapologetic after keeping me hanging for two months. I finally canceled my order and was refunded my deposit after arguing with Wayne about it. I will never do business with this company again but if anyone decides to take a chance on them, I would recommend using a credit card as a deposit for your own protection.

Fabric bin supplied my new house with custom shades from Hunter Douglas in 2021. Our expectations were not fully met and we made our concerns known. Fabric bin dismissed our concerns without even coming to our house, with the response it is the craftsmanship of the house not the shades. I understand that but there was no effort to do any
Improvement of the appearance of the shade presentation. Fast forward a day ago, we had a warranty claim on shade. We called Fabric Bin, they wanted over a $100 up front to come out to inspect the shade to determine if it was under warranty. I attempted to provide the information to Fabric Bin from the shade since they didn’t keep the information on file or reach out to HD for the information. Fabric Bin was vague in their explanation, had background noise on the phone while we were talking (making it very difficult to effectively communicate) and as a result I ended the call. I called another local shade dealer. No mention of a visit fee and we are getting the issue resolved. Fabric Bin did the job but their customer service need vast improvement.

The team was excellent. Ryan answered all our questions and submitted our order. Then Jason came out with Fernando and another man whose name I forgot. They were all very knowledgeable and professional. We love our new screens. Jason came out again and helped put an app on my phone to control them from there. We highly recommend them.

We had our automatic, retractable screens installed about a year ago. They are beautiful, and best of all, we get zero mosquitoes, flies, or those horrible palmetto bugs. Their service had been top-notch.

The screens are strong enough that they resist marks or tears, but fine enough to offer a great view outside.

We’ve had a couple of minor glitches such as a panel being a little high on one and so pests could scurry in, but each time they’ve come out and promptly fixed the issue. They are professional and courteous. Highly recommend!

I recently had my rv dining cushions reupholstered at Fabric Bin. From my initial correspondence with Beth to picking up the finished cushions this week, has been AWESOME. I received a quote through texting (I provided dimensions and pictures). The quote was very fair which also included the price of fabric. BTY - their in house fabric selection was amazing although they have books readily available for custom ordering. The lead time was estimated at six weeks, which they finished slightly under. Would strongly recommend using Fabric Bin again and would easily refer to friends and family.

I purchased shades months ago. After 6 tech visits, they finished installation that took nearly 3 months. Within the first few weeks, the cables frayed or came undone. My wind sensor which they first installed was non-fuctional and now will constantly retract the shades even with a modest breeze. I wont use them again

Fabric Bin installed motorized outdoor patio shades on our home last week. I would 100% recommend them from start to finish. Dave came out to take measurements, was very easy to talk to, and provided a prompt quote. Jason and Fernando installed the screens and blew my mind with their attention to detail and professionalism while working on our home. I thanked them multiple times for doing such an amazing job. We had over 10+ contractors working around our home in the last 2 years (new pool, outdoor kitchen, paint, fencing, landscaping, etc) and the Fabric Bin was easily one of the top experiences. Texas made shades with an exceptional local installer!!!
