Went in really quickly as my young child needed the bathroom and there was nowhere close for her to go - was told she couldn't use the bathroom - I would understand if it was late and it was full or there was an event of some sort happening there, but it was VERY quiet! Ended up having to go into matalan so she could use their staff toilets. Awful turning a young child away.

We came into the club tonight I was disgusted with your so called manager Debbie’s attitude,snapping and chucking books on the desk,very very rude attitude towards customers.I will not be coming back.Luckily we had a big win to compensate and we wasn’t the only ones who picked up on her behaviour…get rid of her.

The plaice has gone downhill I was there last night when a customer a the back of me shouted house and everyone hurd the person shout house but apparently the guy who called the bingo never hurd it maybe they should look at the cctv and give the person there money what was rightly his winnings the caller must of hurd the guy shout house cos he stopped then carried on to the next number and not to mention he keeps mucking up when he's calling the numbers get a decent bingo caller for god sake

Nice big venue but could do with modernising. The bingo caller was a bit rude, kept going on and on about people not shouting loud enough but everyone else could hear them. Also, the Carling cider barrel needed changing and it was like a massive effort from the bar staff to change it. Took over 25 mins to get a drink. I think i’ll stick to going to Brierley Hill.

Started going here about a month ago one evening a week. Well run and staff are very pleasant and extremely helpful. Interior design is very good. If you've never been before please give it a try.

Ordered a chicken burger which was meant to be a chicken fillet, ended up with two strips of chicken on a dry bun in a metal bathtub looking thing, why no plates?
We won but the caller was saying we didn’t shout loud enough but we did and throughout the night she just kept complaining that people didn’t shout loud enough.
We even had to check our own claims as there was no staff on the floor to check our serial numbers so we had to shout them out to her. Poor service received.

1st visit. Shaun and the team on tonight were great very helpful and welcoming I loved the idea of the number on table to let team know u were new. I think most team checked if we were ok.
