I would give a 0 star rating if possible after the visit I have just had. Firstly, my boyfriend purchased a “managers special” for £45 and had the exact same games as myself who paid £21. This was very frustrating and we felt as though we had been scammed. The lady calling the bingo was extremely rude when telling people to press the claim button, manners cost nothing. She also kept telling people to “shh” - very rude. And to top the visit staff were handing out free bags of chocolate and completely missed my table out, we was the only table to be missed and this made us feel very singled out and frustrated. I would save money rather than visiting this bingo again.

Came here with wife as we were visiting family, arrived half way through first game but the team at the front desk made us feel welcome and are great assets to the company! Even checked in on us as they were walking past to ask how we were getting on. Brilliant stuff

My family, partner and I went here for the first time yesterday. I was a little nervous because I'd never been to any bingo halls in the past, but the staff were so kind and explained everything really clearly.

We had a wonderful time, and now my mum, sister and I are planning to make it a semi regular thing!

First time at Buzz Bingo and not been to bingo for many years. Used the tablets for the first time and Sharon in reception was brilliant. Showed us everything we needed to know, showed us all around the hall and the facilities and made us very welcome.

Enjoyed the evening session. Ben was especially helpful, showed us how to use the electronic tablet and helped me after I messed it up. The lady who made us members was very polite and helpful explaining things to us.

I enjoyed the Visit and the money off for a visit a few times.Friendly staff .however they need more on the ticket sales
only 2 on ridiculous! When I signed to join on the website you can't fill in your date of birth manually ..the drop down you have to keep close cking the arrow button all the way back to your year of birth ..and the majority of us there are back to 1956 it took me ages and ages that needs addressing ..quicker to add manually ..
