Worker made fun of our TIP, then I listened to the man behind us making fun of us. We are adults. Tips are for your service. The way she acted and treated us was uncalled for, it just ruined our night and we will not return. How sad for adults to treat people like that. I totally understand why kids are bullied....there grandparents act like bullies.

I love this place!! I don't get the opportunity to go as much as I would like, but when I do go... I often feel the awesome vibes from the staff that makes you feel like family. Sam is my dear friend who is definitely my sister from another mother. I enjoy interacting with Jen, Amanda, Erin, Chuck, John, Bonnie and Ken. The concession is on point with awesome food, along with such a close-knit aura. Crystal (Concession Mgr) is a beautiful person inside and out. I enjoy talking with her daughter, Shona and son, Lew. The rest of the crew are unique in their own selfless ways. This is my second home away from home and actually, is my first pick of all the bingo halls. I always enjoy the atmosphere whether I BINGO or not! Thank you Plant City Bingo!!

Its a fun place to play bingo and the VOLUNTEER staff are very friendly.
I can't believe someone would post a negative review because they won a $250 jackpot and only tipped $2. They would have tipped more at Starbucks for a coffee and their employees get paid an hourly wage. When others were stunned, they felt "bullied", what a misconception. I recommend this place to everyone. Come and have fun with the rest of us.

We had a good time, no wins but super close. Fairly quiet during game play, there's monitors that display the next ball before called. They play 8 ways to bingo. Newcomers get a free dauber for the first time and you can play up to 36 cards. I generally stick with 9 or 18 haha. There is a snack bar with decent food at decent prices. And the volunteers are fabulous and super patient when I mess up. I'll definitely be back.

MASKS ARE A REQUIRE THERE. The place was clean, as were the bathrooms. The staff friendly and helpful. I don't eat junk food, but if the other players were any indication as to how good the food is, then it must be good. The caller goes at a perfect pace. Not to fast so you can keep up, but not to slow that seasoned players are bored. I spent $60 dollars there. And although I did not win any of the games there that day, my husband did twice. We had a good time. They do require masks there and if they did not require a mask, then we wouldn't have gone in. I will get some photo's tonight because it's my turn to win!!!!

I was excited to go, got there at 3 when the doors open. I had to leave because I can't be around smoke and even though I was in the nonsmoking. The door between the two was constantly opening and I had to leave before game play started at 5. If smoke doesn't bother you then I say go have a great time.The ladies there were very nice and helpful and talked me through all of the games and answered all my questions.

Staff are very helpful. Food prices are reasonable. Smoke was unbearable. And I am a smoker. Next time, I go, I will sit in the non-smoking section. I wish they could fix the smoke in the hall. I love to play bingo. I was not able to smoke because I couldn’t breathe. I had to go outside to smoke. Prices are reasonable. Enjoyed the games but not the smoke. Please fix ventilation in hall. If I was able to breathe and smoke while playing Bingo, I would have given five (5) stars.

Gotta Love them.
We are always greeted . We've never been uncomfortable .
They have a smoker side and between that room is a vestubale then the non smokers room. Food is great not too high priced fresh and they will serve your table. Games are 8 ways program is fun . We are fairly new there but will become regulars over time
