The playground is ok for the kids but the cleaning standards are quite low (dust everywhere and we came at the beginning of the day)
For birthdays the organisation could be better meaning parents would also be more welcomed to stay .
The staff was friendly at the beginning but then as the manager came, they started to become more and more annoying and chasing the parents for the entry tickets that were not asked at the entry.This during the whole b'day party
I then told them that I would pay for the parents that stayed at the end of the party but they pressured us to get tickets and go back to the entry to get them.
The manager told me that the purpose of the birthday parties is not to have that many parents but on the phone when I asked if they could stay, they told me yes(just not at the table where the kids are).
Then after the party time was over we stayed in the playground for the kids to have more fun after since the entrance to the domain plus playground is included in the birthday price. The staff then talked to us saying we couldn't stay longer since we had stayed long enough.
But we paid for them all...
I understand that some of the kids and persons were late but if still be more friendly and don't start to act like we would not want to pay and treat us bad.
