Came here for the very first time tonight! I wish I could give it more stars! Staff were amazing! Right from the get go! I told them it was my first time at this location and not sure how much, they said how much would you like to spend, I said about 100, they helped me out big time! Even better I came out a big winner tonight! Thanks again! I will be back soon!

Went for a family get together, we are not avid bingo players and needed help with buying cards and to get going. Very helpful staff and regular players as well.

Brought my dad here for Father’s Day and had a great time! Shout out to the staff and volunteer, they are fantastic. We are new players to Bingo and Tracy was so kind and helpful to get us all setup, she’s awesome! Thanks Tracy and team!!!

My experience at the bingo has been both good and bad. Friendly people, however the pricing is what I find a little off. Even half price is not half price($18 instead of $30). Once the teller did not input the requested amount of cards. When I noticed at the end of the first half, I asked to pay for the second half only if possible, and charged me full price. I paid for games I didn't even get to play. ALSO, I feel like when you work there, you shouldn't be allowed to play on your work days. CONCESSION or not. ALSO, the payouts are too low for the price of the cards. I have had a bingo on the loonie and toonie ball, but conveniently the ball was not in play for those games. Doesn't make sense how they pick and choose when to pay out the bonus pots..I love bingo, but am reconsidering the costs vs. Payouts here..

The lady Linda that helped us yesterday evening was super rude. Spent over 500.00 for late night cards and cards for this week. Slamming our cards down on the counter, giving us dirty looks, making rude comments under her breath. They just lost our service here. If you don’t like your job then quite, your there to help people get their cards and you made it seem like we all were an inconvenience. Total NOT happy at all.
