Honestly bad experience. We understand it’s a busy event, but the food came an hour after we’d ordered it. The bingo caller only seemed to be focused on a group of girls that were participating. We called our claim as soon as we dabbed the number off and swung our arms in the air. He carried on calling numbers. When he finally realised he then said he said we’d “missed our call” and it was our fault. Baring in mind we had been waving, shouting and stood up. He still payed no interest to anyone but another group of girls. Either manage the events better or get bingo callers who are non-biased, ruined the whole night.

Definitely had fun, even if it was VERY fast paced and I missed a few numbers! Next time, maybe a 5 min warning between each game would be great as a few of our group nearly or actually did miss a game

Staff were friendly, queues were dealt with quickly. Clean and tidy, enjoyed my evening.
Queue for the bar took a while, but I expected that to an extent. Although sometimes it was difficult to get a drink between the bingo games before the next one started

Visit for our first time on Friday, thought it was a little bit of a shambles to start off with stating they couldn't sign us up due to a fire drill and being made to wait in the car park, but we got there in the end, everything was explained well to us as we are not regular bingo players. We were handed over to a lady called Rona she took us through to the main hall and really made our night, really settled us in and had a great laugh with us. She made our night and deserves the recognition, she has made us want to return.

Always have good fun at Buzz Bingo. The food and drink is good value for money as well, and given they've a captive audience for that they could opt to rip people off if they wanted to, but they don't. The plastic reusable boards for the £1 games could do with a revamp though as they're often sticky, and for a game that relies on speed, that's not great. Minor issue though.

Use to go buzz at Bellevue but since closed we thought we try Buzz Ashton. Lovely Welcoming staff (ALL) Especially James who looked after us in slots room.Will be visiting again soon xx
