Not been here for many years and I'm pleasantly surprised. Prize money was good but have to say 1 member of staff made our night. Jackie what a lovely friendly lady, someone had taken our food so ours was late but she was so apologetic and we got a free pudding which we wasnt expecting. Jackie is a credit to the team and I hope her manager sees this comment and passes this on to her.

Great staff and great prize money.main concern is that the callers seem unable or unwilling to control the very high levels of noise during the games. Shame, as the staff are amazing.

This bingo is quite good, the seating and food are great but unfortunately some of the staff (especially at book sales) are very unwelcoming, miserable and clearly do not want to be there. I understand it's their place of work but to be in a customer facing role, you need to have some sort of emotion or personality! It's almost like we are a hindrance buying the books.

The staff that deliver food/drink are always friendly and helpful.

Book prices are reasonable and the place has ample parking

Customer service is so poor here.
The staff are unbelievably rude.
The only welcoming staff member we encountered was the lady at door.
The member of staff on the bar needs some serious training, she was unbelievably rude to myself and my friends and clearly hates her job.
The staff at book sales weren't much better.
As other reviewers have said, the 2 hour main session is a joke and you do only get about 45 minutes of playing time as they try to get you to play the game thats on your table throughout the numerous lengthy intervals.
Menu is very limited and poor.

Honestly if our customer service was that poor at work, we would be out of a job. The manager needs to imply some serious customer service training throughout.

We had a great time. Food was exceptionally good. We had a sharer and was very cheap. Bingo had some good prizes and if not too hard to follow

It's OK. Could do with a bit of a make over and definitely needs a new tannoy but it's big with lots of seats and doesn't get rammed. Food is a bit expensive for what it is.

Really enjoyable time with friends and so many chances to win - good layout, light and airy, excellent for parking and very helpful staff
