I thought it would be a good Saturday night out to have a game of bingo with .y sister. The place was nearly empty, even though sent out enticing letters with free games. I suppose that playing at home is the new way to play bingo. The staff were nice .But it's a big venue to fill. Maybe when Eden comes to morecambe, tourists will take advantage of gala facilities. Unfortunately, prize money was low because of attendance, and it was like " pulling teeth" trying to win anything.

Plenty of car parking but you must type in your vehicle registration in side otherwise you could get a fine it monitored great place

This place was horrendous. The staff were incredibly rude, especially the man who was singing us up to bingo. It also was not clear at all how many games you get when you pay. We were stuck in there over 2 hours and all the games we were given had 20 minute gaps in. The place is very run down.

Asked if I could use the toilet due to my health issues, was refused as 'I'm not a member' offered to buy something as was desperate, was still refused. Disgusting

Absolute joke of a place. You need to sort out your website. Breakfast bingo was advertised as starting from 10.30, so for a day out we booked everything else around this time, only to get there find it locked and signage on door saying open from 11am. Absolutely ridiculous and caused loads of issues with the rest of the day. And to add we didn't come back or wait around till 11am. So you also lost customers. Will never come here again.

I recently & legitimately paid for a parking space in this car park through a parking company I often use & have not had any problem with until I parked here. I had a perfectly legit parking booking & was told to park in any available space of which I did. I arrived after my start time & left well before my end departure time & still Buzz Bingo sent me a PCN for supposedly illegally parking there. I was questioned about my stay there or whether I parked in/out of there several times during my allotted slot of which I did not. The parking company I booked through assured me that of all the dealings with this place they have never had a problem with PCNs or maybe they have never been told of any ... I can honestly say that if I ever go back to Morecambe to visit, I will definitely not be parking here.

Won’t be return, since Midget Manager, topple Price up and crafting/Ripping people off with Price and Dishonesty on price..

System info online never match price in bingo just too lazy to keep them update.

Bar now seem to wearing out, a lot of thing getting broken and beer always running empty.

Food catering not upto standard quantity and price cost more, since they target going to Home Bargains, Adsa purchased extremely cheap quality food and profitably price 3x more

Bingo Game, alway to repeatedly same winner no stop, game no longer guaranteed winners

Building not up to standard, already in disrepair, wear and tear, black mould/dust ceiling.

A lot of good staff disappears and only few remaining..
