We were sitting out in the designated smoking area where there are 2 mics hanging from the ceiling. My sister bingoed and yelled bingo, the caller didn't stop so my mom yelled bingo and another lady. I was waving my hands as well. I know people from the room heard us because they were looking in at us. The caller called the next number and someone else yelled bingo to which they heard. The man who was working there came in and looked at my sisters computer and asked if she touched the screen and we said yes because that is literally what it tells you to do (tap the screen and yell Bingo). He walked out and never came back. After the session was over a lady came in and gave my sister a business card of some sort for a free full pay computer for 1 session only after my sister had just lost out on $500. She basically told us her hands are tied because it's written all over that you have to yell bingo before the next number is called. There was literally 3 of us that yelled bingo and I was waving my arms. So she basically gave her a $20 gift card because their system is screwed up after my sister had just lost $500. This is not fair and if the mic system doesn't work to where people in that room can be heard then it needs to be posted that you likely won't be heard especially if it's raining outside. They did not try to fix the situation at all and the tried to be discrete about it when the lady came in to give her the card for the free computer session. Fair is fair and right is right. This should have been addressed after they were told what happened. The 3 bingoes that were yelled was yelled pretty loudly because I actually bingoed the first session and was heard just fine and I didn't even yell as loud as my sister, my mom and the other lady. The caller was calling the numbers too fast and not paying attention because we should have been heard or at least seen with our arms waving. Sure is funny others in that room heard us because they were literally looking in the room at us. We were planning on making this a weekly outing for us because we all enjoy playing. I will drive to Dallas before I return to Arizona Charlie's. I can say that everyone was nice in helping us since it was our first time there but that was only when they were taking our money. When it came time for them to give us their money it was a totally different situation.

i won't be back to the Arizona Charlie's Bingo hall in Rice Tx went there for my Birthday with my family. It was not fun. Couldn't even keep up with the calling. And that was even on a single sheet. So sad they rushed so much it was bad. I suggest if you are looking for a fun night of bingo dont go there.

We are new to Texas, been going to Arizona Charlie's for 4 weeks now it gets us out and we have won something every week. Foods good if you get hungry.

5 bucks a session and you get 4 games per session, and there's only 2 sessions per day.. I aint won anything and been 2 times, bit thats how gambling goes. Its fun, but fast paced (along with any hall, I assume). So if you don't know anything about bingo, get ready to be behind, But the folks working up there help you some (they have alot going on as well). Don't get into the pull tabs and race games if you're new, you'll get lost and spend some bucks. It is fun though. They have a concession that seems reasonably priced, I've only heard, I didn't buy anything, and they should give you a free dauber if you're new. March starts the beginning of NO computers, so its a paper sheet ONLY hall, which is were your dauber comes into play. Every game that was played, someone won, so keep that in mind- I assume thats how every bingo game goes.

Really serious bingo hall. Really enjoyed it. Its cash only, but they have an ATM. Really fast pace and not a dull moment. Seems like mostly regulars, but staff is very friendly and helpful. One lady explained to rules to me 3 times. Food is concession stand food. Restrooms are clean. There is a smoking area, separate from every one.

Good place off the highway to take a break. I was shoked to see a girl about 10 years old playing and had a bingo and was actually paid by the attendant! Pretty sure that's against the law in Texas, but at least she was sitting with her mother(or a woman that looked old enough to be her mother)

Such an amazing experience. Tonight was my first night (and some how I won, maybe that’s how they get you coming back lol) can’t wait to go back, i would give it 100 stars if I could!!
