Went to shop here and was asked to leave and thrown out into the street and told to leave the premises and the entire industrial lot even though it’s owned by several businesses and not owned by Bin Deals. Was trying to shop and looking at items in the bins after seeing the sign that says don’t dig and didn’t touch a box as the rules state and was told to leave because I was Scouting. If you walk around without touching anything you get asked to leave. It seems you can get thrown out even if you follow the rules. There’s a heavy set woman at the door who explains the rules to you when you enter who is in the photo below in purple pants. You’re given a wristband when you enter and then get watched as you shop. Not the type of atmosphere you want to shop at. They also have 2 employees walking up and down every aisle watching over your shoulder to see if you touch a box the wrong way and are just eager to throw you out. If you work, are competition, or they just don’t like you, you can’t shop here. Below is a photo of the brunette that throws you out. The sign on the door says open to the public but it’s clearly not open to the public just the people that they want shopping at their store.

First time at the place. Upon walking in I was scolded about having a small wallet that had a strap. I had my daughter go put it back in the vehicle. She told me people steal from them and I could be one of them if I bring it in. I made the remark I wasn’t going to be stealing anything let along it legitimately only fits my wallet and my phone has a slot to slide in the back. Wasn’t an huge deal hence why I had my daughter run it back to the car. She then pointed at the sign. That’s totally fine and if it’s policy it’s policy. If my wallet with the strap is considered a purse, okay whatever no biggie then my mistake bringing it up to the door. The door was blocked by a vehicle and I didn’t see the sign until I went around the vehicle. Again, my daughter brought it to the car and not a big deal. Upon her coming back in I let the lady know I had found the location on Facebook and she said doesn’t matter she needs to tell me all the rules. She did. Again, not a big deal. Then she proceeded to be condescending about my children who hadn’t said a word and were standing right by my side. I informed her my kids would stay with me and don’t run around wild. I went to go look at clothing and she had the owner or manager come over and tell us we have to leave. Mind you my children were standing right next to me. One on my phone watching YouTube and the other standing next to the rack look at clothes right next to me. I asked her what she said and she wouldn’t say and I let her know we were met with negatively upon coming in. She rolled her eyes and didn’t want to have any discussion or part in knowing about how her employee interacted with us.

Terrible customer service. Maybe have someone a little more chipper at the front door. I’m sorry if you’ve had a previous experience with bad customers but sorry I’m not one of them. Pretty pathetic to accuse people of stuff that they didn’t do just because others have and just because kids have bad kids doesn’t mean it’s okay to be condescending because a customer walks in with kids. Also, everyone is human so if you had a rush of people in the earlier hours who caused your sour attitude it might be beneficial to take a break and recollect yourself. Customer service goes a long way. Not being rude to customers instantly will also get you a long way.

While you may get a good deal here I would highly NOT recommend this business. The attitude from the moment she opened the door was negative. Not even a hello or hi welcome to bin deals. Just negativity . There are plenty of other liquidation type stores that actually have a pleasant demeanor and attitude towards their customers. Go a little further south in Lake Worth there’s a huge store with liquidations that isn’t affiliated and a huge store called OTG liquidation in Vero. Both places the staff is nice and welcomes you into the store.

Customer service is a huge important piece of running a business and this company and their staff FAIL miserably at it. Greeted with a terrible attitude before we even entered the building. I’m not sure what the employees problem is but it was unnecessary and uncalled for. I brought my closed water bottle from the car with me and was scolded harshly at the door and told I couldn’t come in with it. It was 95° out and not uncommon to walk around with water to stay hydrated. I went to put it back in my vehicle and upon getting back to the door was told I wasn’t welcome and couldn’t go in. I’m a very quiet person and hadn’t said anything other than okay let me put it back in my car. To have a person treat you like this is an absolutely disrespectful. I do not recommend this business and i will not be back. Oh and a smile would do wonders when customers come to your business.

Beware! Read all 31 rules before arriving. They missed #32 because 31 wasn’t enough. Smh! Apparently it’s a dangerous construction zone or something because you MUST wear closed toe shoes to enter the warehouse. Today 8/3 I arrived for the first time excited to do bin deals with my mom. Rain unexpectedly started 4 minutes before we arrived to the warehouse. My mom and I ran from my vehicle to the front entrance in the rain and because we didn’t have closed to shoes on and were wet from the rain we were denied entrance. No entrance! No solutions! No exceptions!
I just drove a half hour, arrived on time and was turned away. Nowhere on the website or rules does it indicate closed toe shoes must be worn to enter warehouse to shop. The women at the door (there were two women guarding the front entrance door) also made a comment if I left I couldn’t return being wet. I didn’t understand that part. A women after me entered wearing nothing but slip on water shoes that looked like black low cut socks. I wasn’t the only person being turned away. This is absurd but it’s their rules they fail to disclose because they were busy with the other 31 rules. Maybe each day a new rule is created. Suggestion! Have shoes, towels, something available for your customers. 0 customer service and the excessive rules alone seem like there is no regard for any type of customer service. Apparently they don’t need or care about the customer like they are the biggest favor to us. I will NEVER RETURN.

Oh this place! My daughter and i love love bin deals! The owner and staff are amazing! They are so sweet and will stand and just talk if you want to. Eva and Jerry are some of the nicest people we have ever met! My daughter and i have been going since day 1! We will continue to go as long as the good Lord alows us to. Just want to say i would not be able to have the things I do if it werent for bin deals! Thank you Bin Deals!

BIN DEALS is one of my favorite places to shop. The owner and staff are all super nice..lol as long as you follow the rules. My son and I are there as often as possible. We enjoy the treasure hunt of the bins and also the discount store where I bought my lovely outdoor t.v and a bunch more amazing home decor.

By far bindeals is THE BEST store in the whole world, my sister and i go often, owners eva and jerry, always accommodating and making sure costumers have a great experience shopping, the employees always so nice and helpful, for those asking what kind of store this is, you will find all kind of items, this items are packaged, bag, boxes from online returns from all different mayor online store like Amazon, items find there is not telling what you can find, photos will be added.
