Update: 11/14/24 an incident happened. I remember very closely the cashier lady count same item as one the last time I went on a Tuesday $6 day, she was the one who told me I’ll count those as one item, that is why I came back today for $1 day. She seemed super nice and accommodating, I didn’t even ask her to count those items as one on the Tuesday. But new story comes in this time’ Wooooooowhoooooooo, this was not a very pleasant visit, first of all there were not enough carts outside when we arrived (9:45Am) and there was a long line waiting outside, this wasn’t the case on the Tuesday. They did open their doors on time at 10Am, most of the shopping carts were put inside, understandable, enough carts for most customers. I will be very honest in my review, the pro and the cons.

Anyways, we shopped for an hour. When we came to the cashier same lady that helped us last time was there, probably the relative of the owner, seen the owner before and talked to him, very nice guy. But let me tell you the woman has some mood swings, she acts super duper nice and accommodating on the expensive days of products and sooooo aggressive on the cheap day?! (I think this is the reason).

Well, the lady counted the items and said it was 39, I told her it should be 37, then I decided to recount them. Oh then the cashier lady came down from the register and said oh then we need to open up the boxes and check. Trying to accuse us of stealing?! So I have no rights to recount the items myself I told her that I did count myself before I came to the register stating that it should be 37, still nicely talking. Cashier lady came down from register and started to count the first item that she herself told the lady the item counts as one the first time she counted and told us now it is two. I didn’t say anything, then she moved on the next item which was two of the same thing and she said oh this is two as well. Oh I see the game, it is because I wanted to recount them myself and she is now recounting them and adding more items to my bill. I told her no didn’t you count two of the same items as one then the cashier lady just flipped and said I have no time for this, and screams I am not selling anything to you come back tomorrow(which is the most expensive day of the week, I was planing to come back the next day anyways, but after this NEVER). Cashier lady then pulled the cart away, my mom went and grabbed the cart back then the cashier lady shoved my mother. Hellllllll noooooo. I am never ever coming back to this place with this manner and disrespect. I will never spend any penny at this place. Once she shoved her, I knew this was it, never again coming to this miserable place. Another younger guy (African American) came over from the back and rudely pushed us out and curse at us.

How dare these pathetic people be so rude to costumers like this?! I have never ever in my life been treated this way at any place. Honestly, it is just 2 items off and only $2 difference, but this made a clearer picture of what they really are. All I was gonna do was to recount them again and if it is 2 items off I will pay it, but she being so smart by adding extra items to my bill from picking all the item piece by piece oh now it isn’t 39 it is more. Then she flips because I told her same item counts as one, because that is what she told me on that Tuesday I went in with my mother. I am not a perfect person but I know better, I will never ever put hands on anybody else and knows my manners. Suggestion: keep the words you say since you are doing business, it really shouldn’t matter which days(expensive or cheap) that the items count as one or not. Or put the price higher per item.

Well, nevertheless I will STOP coming here. Thank you for saving me money and wasting my time but the time wasted is worth it to see someone throughly. 🙂
…………………

Went on Tuesday which was $6 per item, there were many items and not so crowded. The cashier was super accommodating. Counted the same item as one and charged it. Got some great deals, definitely coming back.

Shop at Store Liquidators at your own risk! $12 is not worth the disrespect. The staff lacks empathy, the stores systems are extremely unorganized, and the owner demonstrated a complete lack of empathy when I needed assistance. During my visit, I witnessed a disturbing incident where a man snatched an item away from my mother, prompting me to threaten to call the police. Instead of addressing the issue, the owner threatened to kick me out.

I strongly advise against visiting Store Liquidators. If you're seeking a quality experience with exceptional customer service, organization, and an impeccable system, I recommend exploring other stores!

The treatment of the workers is terrible, there is a lot of racism with the white people, they treat them very badly. They yell at you and disrespect you. But they end up with theirs and don't say anything. They don't let you see things and they yell at you and They offend you. But you see the dark-skinned people and no one says anything to them. For me it is the worst place. I don't advise it.

Sean is an amazing owner. I have been to many of the Amazon pallet stores and this one is the best! I was in line and I over herd someone say that they take all the good stuff if it doesn't sell on 12 dollar day and they hold on to it for a week then they put it out again... I can honestly say sean doesn't do that as I have been in everyday and seen with my own eyes that that is not the case he is an honest man with a great family his wife has charisma that sparks up the entire place and as a duo I can honestly say they are killing it! I hope and wish for nothing but great things for this place... as for the customers they really need to chill out and stop acting like wild animals.
