Contact the owner, Brad, he handles everything. I chose this company because they were the only one I could easily reach. Today I just had two commercial dumpsters serviced in Glenview, and the employee did an excellent job. He took his time and cleaned the dumpsters very thoroughly. The dumpsters, which were once filled with a terrible odor, are now like new. I strongly recommend them!

What a scam!!!
I have paid them 35$ in advance to come this past Friday to clean my 2 trash bins.
Then, after I have made the payment, I was told that due to quote: “ We're not operating this week due to holiday service disruption and necessary equipment maintenance required ” , they cannot come on Friday, the 6th to clean up my bins.
I was told that they will cancel my appointment, but NO REFUND!!!
Today, I have contacted the “business “ number and I was advised to call the owner.
Well, guess what I have contacted the owner at the number that they told me to contact and a person picked up the phone, said that she is the wife of Brad Miller and then hung up on me after I explained her that I have not received my money back for the 2 trash bins that were supposed to be cleaned.
My neighbors recommended this business to me and because I now told my neighbors what happened, not a single one wants to use their services anymore!

I tried contacting Eco so I could speak with someone. I had questions. I used this service once last year. This time I tried using the web site which is not very customer friendly. Words were misspelled. I was wondering if it was a legit place. When i tried texting they (Brad) decided to call me and belittle me saying I didn't know how to text. Told me I need to just respond by texting my city. I tried telling him my question but he continued to speak over me. I hung up. I texted to him he was rude and he proceeded to call me back and again wouldn't let me say anything. Needless to say I blocked him. Not very professional Brad! I decided to go with "Can Wow". Very nice guy I managed to get a lot of neighbors to call him for his business.

I have been using Ecobin for a while now. The service they provide is very useful. Customer Service personnel are friendly and make scheduling a cleaning easy. They did a great job cleaning my garbage cans. The cleaning staff are neat and professional.

I have been putting off cleaning our trash bins for years. The cans look brand new and smell clean. Very
professional and I will be using the service again. This is definitely worth the price. I know next year I will schedule for the garage floors which takes me days and I cannot move heavy items on my own

I asked over two weeks ago about getting our garbage cans cleaned prior to departure to NC for our landlord. They said their machine broke down I totally get it stuff happens, I then questioned the owner about his reschedule policy because if we were to forget our cans per the text we would be charged a reschedule fee due to cost. Which I get gotta run a business I then received two calls just to “belittle” me for not throughly understanding the text. The level of professionalism is utmost poor and we get it your the “owner”. But for being an owner you are a disrespectful person. clearly they are quantity over quality. Would never recommend.
